Haven’t posted in ages, I put this on my story back in early December, but this was me after 14 weeks of Intermittent Fasting. I’ve had most of December off. Have defo put a little back on but nothing much.. maybe half a stone. Back to solid fasting this week, back on plan.. and will weigh and be back to posting this weekend regardless of the result!

Hugo absolutely LOVING his @houndsofeden harness! Beautiful quality, with front D ring to stop pulling on a walk!

Fits perfectly - Hugo is in a Size Small as he is currently about 9kg.

Bit of a slower week, but expected it to drop down… -2lbs for the week is still a loss, even if I was expecting 3 or 4…

However, Progress is Progress nonetheless!

Side by Side Sunday…

September 2023… 21 Stone 10lbs

July 2026… 18 Stone 4lbs

Still some distance to go, my goal is 15 Stone 7 but at my lightest I got to 16st 8..

Another decent loss this week! -3lbs, taking me to 1.5 Stone since I restarted my journey!

Onwards to 2 Stone now!

Weighed in this morning, -4lbs in total, happy days which means since getting back on the healthily drive I have lost -18lbs (1 Stone 4lbs) in total.

Having lost 5 Stone at the end of 2023…. Putting 2.5 stone back on was gradual, and you kind of lose track! However, this time I won’t be going backwards.

The increased energy, the get up and go… it’s all increased. So here is to getting down to a weight I’m happy with.

Target will be around 15 and a half stone… and I would be ecstatic! Keeping motivated by @onlybradders

2 weeks back into my health journey and lost a Stone already! Crazy!!

The benefit of eating properly, drinking plenty of water, staying off the sugar pretty much has been amazing, energy levels are good and I’m motivated to keep going!

So the first week back on eating properly, eating well, rough calorie counting and back to Intermitent Fasting (16:8)

I expected a sharp drop, maybe half a stone… but 11lbs is insane.

I got down to 16st 8lbs at the end of 2023, getting back there and beyond. No stopping me now.

Mauritius was Magic - If paradise had a pulse, this would be it!

From 5:30am sunrise over turquoise waters 🌅 to sunsets dipped in red and gold, palm-lined beaches, and the kind of peace that feels unreal.
