Title defenses aren’t given… they’re earned.

On Saturday, July 25, Joshua “BAM BAM” Burdios steps back into the ring to defend his Super Welterweight Championship at the Nak Muay Challenge at the San Joaquin County Fairgrounds in Stockton, California.

Before the fight, we sat down with Josh to talk about his preparation, his mindset, and what this title defense means to him. This is a look behind the gloves at the work that happens long before the first bell rings.

Champions aren’t made on fight night. They’re made in every round of training when no one is watching.
