Bonus for the con to be in San Diego, which turned out to be such a lovely and walkable city. It was an excellent closing gig for the summer season. I am now back in rainy and cold Oslo, sleeping off my jetlag. by @onlydopamine

Taking my daughter to see her grandparents and visiting my neck of the woods. On one hand it feels like nothing has changed but the area around my neighborhood looks quite different than 15 years ago. by @onlydopamine

It's hard to put into words the mix of emotions you feel after a successful event. BGS was made special by the warmth of all the people who came to speak or worked with us to bring this experience to life.

Even though all I want to do right now is hug my daughter and kiss my wife, I'm going to miss Brazil dearly, and I'm looking forward with a smile to future opportunities to come back and hang out with you all!

Today is the first day of #winter❄️ in Iceland. In addition, today is also Kjótsúpudagurinn, which translates to "Meat soup day". Seven restaurants are serving their Icelandic classic lamb and vegetable soup on Skólavörðustígur free for all passerby. Tried a few and they were super good! The soup is definitely on the top of the list of things to cook once our kitchen is operational.
