Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about my time in Colombia and how much I loved the slower pace of life there. I didn’t realize until coming “home” how much urgency I carried with me. I ate fast, did my makeup fast, talked fast, walked fast, always felt like I needed to hurry to the next thing.

I’m learning that I don’t want to live like that anymore. I’ve been taking my time with everything, regulating my nervous system and allowing myself to move through life a little softer.

I think we go through so many versions of ourselves, but somehow we always find our way back to who we are at the core. These pictures feel like that version of me… my most grounded self ✨

Going into the last quarter of the year, I’m just taking my time coming back to me. 🤎

I have a LOVE for food 💗

I’ve been everything from pescatarian, vegetarian, & even vegan but am slowly understanding what nourishes my body.

“clean eating” is what you make it but for me… more Whole Foods & less saucy,milky, & buttery foods is what fuels my body!! I’ll make some comfort food here & there but I love a good colorful (mostly green) plate 😍😍😭

Also @kodiakcakes French toast, pancakes, brownies, protein bars are ALLLL great 🔥

It feels good to be free and fully yourself.

I’ve never walked this earth trying to be anyone other than me.

Life has a way of making us believe we have to measure up -> to have more, do more, or become someone we’re not. But the moment you let go of those expectations and embrace your own individuality… nothing else matters!

You stop chasing who the world wants you to be and start becoming who you already are.

That’s where peace lives & confidence grows.
