If you know me, I don’t post often but I had to share 💕

In July of 2025, I took a leap. I hated how I felt all the time. I was always tired, my body felt so heavy, I was extremely frustrated with my energy and honestly starting to wonder if things were ever going to change. What I knew to work before, was failing.

I thought I just needed more willpower and to not give up, keep pushing and I kept trying different variations of what worked before, sticking to the routine that gave me results hoping it would work again.

It wasn’t.

I’m so glad I found @chelleywest and the BIA Nutrition team. Working with the BIA team has completely changed my approach and my life.

Since joining, I’ve regained my energy. I can climb stairs without feeling winded and heavy. My joints don’t hurt and my body feels STRONG! I feel AMAZING and bonus: to date, I’ve lost 46lbs and went from a size 12/14 to a size 4/6.

I’m excited to share that my program, BIA Nutrition, is launching a 9-Week Fit For Fall Transformation Challenge starting on October 5th. You just need to join BIA for access.

Just follow @chelleywest and click the link in her bio for more info! You won’t be disappointed!

Y’all…. I haven’t posted much on my page, just my stories and I have so much to share about what’s been going on with me but I’ve been waiting since 2020 to see my boys again. I didn’t get the same seats I had then (floor seats with sound check) but I went both days and this is only day 1! A time was had. I laughed, I cried, I yelled (voice was already gone so I couldn’t scream), I danced. @i_stan_fran and I lived our best life!
