Hellloooo haven’t posted about cards in a while but as you can see I’ve been quite busy with life!!! Want to talk about a Wedding Ring because I got married over the weekend!!! 💍💖🥳🎊

Super great card especially in group hug decks. It can get really dangerous with Consecrated Sphinx and can potentially eliminate an opponent.

Luckily wedding rings are a lot nicer in real life haha!!

I was an awkward, shy, gay, fat, nerdy kid who didn’t have much friends until I got older. I found friends and a husband who love me as much as I love them, and they love me for all of my weirdness and nerdiness.

10/04/2026💍💍💖

Also so happy to have my magic crew with me on me and my husband’s special day. The community and friendships that I’ve made through playing a card game has always been my favorite part of Magic the Gathering. I know people make cliche jokes, but I love how Magic truly gathers people and brings them together. I’m so blessed to have a wonderful pod and such amazing friends. I’ve laughed, cried, and had so many great car-ride life conversations to and from many commander game nights. I was so lucky and blessed to have them all there for my big day. Love them all so dearly as people and not just players. I’m so happy to have found my Magic family but also just people who I consider my family in general. 💕💖

Love these guys so much 😭💖

I grew up in a traditional Filipino catholic family, I didn’t think I’d be allowed or able to have my own magical day and someone to love and call my life partner. I never would have believed that my father would be the one walking me down the aisle. It is something so special to me and I will never forget it.

Also shout out to my Kuya for an amazing speech. It was such an honor. This is the guy who started it all and taught me how to play Magic. When I was little, I remember he came home to his annoying baby brother who destroyed all his magic cards with a staple remover. I was playing and pretending it was a monster eating the people who were on the art of his cards (I will never live this down😭). He eventually taught me how to play and learned I by @onlypans_harmonicon

So many great cards have been previewed for the upcoming Hobbit set. The one I want to talk about is Dragon’s Desire. For 3 and one 🔥 you can make a lot of red mana depending on your opponents’ board state. Dockside used to win games for a reason and with how prevalent artifacts are in commander I’m sure 4 mana (which is one less than Mana Geyser) is nothing compared to the amount of ramp you will net. A great new ritual that has the potential to get a lot of value the way dockside used to but perhaps more balanced for four mana at sorcery speed. It lacks the card advantage that Jeska’s Will has, but for one more mana this could potentially be a cheaper alternative. I’m curious and excited about to see how this card will perform in game so we will have to see how the power scales. Also put together some other cards that would synergize well with Dragon’s Desire along with some other red ritual cards that are great cheaper alternatives to Jeska’s Will.

Let me know if your thoughts about Dragon’s Desire? Do you think it will be a strong card or is it a flop that wants to be Jeska’s Will and Dockside but will underperform? Let me know in the comments!!! by @onlypans_harmonicon

Damn this is going to be a powerful card, was talking to my older brother about this card and he mentioned how it will be a great way to disrupt someone’s Thassa’s Oracle win. Some other already busted cards that didn’t need this enabling but God it’s going to be so nasty! 🪎🫦🪎

The cards from the upcoming Hobbit set that I’m most excited for!

So many great cards may need to save monies to buy some singles or hopefully pull some great cards.

NEW CARDS ALERT! 🚨

I’ve finally acquired Loki, Lord of Misrule. God it’s going to be so bonkers hahaha can’t wait for all the weird shit this card is gonna do!

For context my Commander Alirios is not a very straight forward deck. The strategy is to basically blink Alirios a lot and create a bunch of reflection tokens to have an overwhelming board state. I can also polymorph those tokens to cheat out a creature from my deck like Astral Dragon, or have the reflections come in as a copy of a better creature with cards such as Mystic Reflection or Moonlit Mediation. I also now Having Loki, Lord of Misrule which will enable some strong synergies within the deck such as having all my creatures become copies of Displacer Kitten. I currently only have a proxy of Displacer Kitten but I will get a real one eventually, I’m slowly collecting. Also super excited for Mister Fantastic, Reed Richard, which is going to draw me cards and give my deck a lot of value!

Also I hit a new PR for my squat: 255lbs! So proud of my progress!!! So yes I’m gonna thirst trap and show off my meaty hams 🍖 a little hahaha 😂

Red joins the stompy game finisher club with Green’s Craterhoof Behemoth, the OG and White’s Moonshaker Calvary. I’m so excited for all the new sets that are coming out that aren’t UB, especially Reality Fracture. With all the sets and cards that have been spoiled I’ve been too overwhelmed to post anything haha. One of the cards I’m most excited for is Craterclaw Colossus. Red gets its own Craterhoof Behemoth. With how much treasure and artifact support and synergy that has come out in the past couple of years Craterclaw Colossus will quickly become a Red Staple for artifact decks. This thing will win games and dominate the way Craterhoof Behemoth has. Here are some cards that are great ways to cheat this big baddie, because Red has some of the best ways to cheat creatures in that can attack right away.

We’ve seen Moonshaker Cavalry in White and it makes me wonder if we’ll ever get a card like this in Blue and Black. I’d like to think that Black variant of these cards would be a 5/5 Zombie with Deathtouch that gives creatures you control +X/+0 and Trample and/or Deathtouch until end of turn when it enters, where X is the number of creature cards in your graveyard.

Blue would probably have to do with the amount of cards in your hands and give your creatures +X/+X until end of turn and flying until end of turn upon ETB.

Let me know what the Blue and Black version of these cards might look like in the comments!!!

These are the top ten cards I’d pick from the set either because they’re strong in flavor or cards I feel are functionally strong and good. Super excited to buy these cards! #magicthegathering #marvel #mtgcommunity #commander gaymer by @onlypans_harmonicon
