I’m a marathoner!!!

I ran the NYC Marathon! Seven years ago, I was told I wouldn’t be able to do this. Guess what I did.

I’m so grateful for this body for carrying me to that finish line. And the best part? I got to run it with my old friend @iam_karinawyllie We found out just before race day that we were both running, and it felt meant to be. We found each other at the start village, promised to run together and cross that finish line side by side, and we DID IT.

Did I make a quick stop at medical and almost lose a pinky toe along the way? Yes. Did we keep going? Absolutely.

Our cheering squad was in exactly the right spots to give us the boost we needed. I felt every bit of that love out there.

Best. Day. Ever. 🗽 Thank you all for the messages, the love, the strength it was all felt!!! #leftrightleftright by @onlyvee

Yesterday, I ran the NYC Marathon. And WOW… what an ADVENTURE!!! 🗽🏃‍♀️🏅 @nycmarathon

Without a doubt, one of the most FUN, emotional, unforgettable experiences of my LIFE!

And sometimes, God has a plan better than anything we could have imagined. ❤️

Enter my friend Vee.

We didn’t even know we were both running until a few weeks ago! Somehow, we found each other at the starting village, made a promise to stick together, support each other, and cross that finish line TOGETHER.

And WE DID!!! 🥹❤️

From the steep climb over the Verrazzano Bridge into Brooklyn, where the ENERGY was absolutely ELECTRIC and dear friends & family were waiting with hugs…

To Queens, the 5 bridges, and those quieter moments when I could finally hear my own thoughts and take it all in.

Then came FIRST AVENUE!!! 🔥

The crowds. The noise. The LOVE.

And the BOOGIE DOWN BRONX!!! ❤️

The borough that first welcomed me as a young immigrant from Argentina. The place that gave me a home and helped shape the woman I am today.

To run through those streets at 50… I have no words. 😭🇦🇷

Along the way, my family and friends were waiting with hugs, cheers, music, and even a little DANCING!!! Mike, my mom, Issy, Valentino, Sandra, Anna… seeing your faces gave me LIFE! ❤️

Vee and I kept smiling, laughing, encouraging each other.

“SIX MORE MILES, BABY! WE’RE DOING THIS!”

And then came miles 23, 24, 25…

The pain. The exhaustion. The darkness.

One mile at a time we said.

One foot in front of the other.

Until suddenly…

200 METERS TO GO.

The finish line lit up in front of us.🥹🥺😭

And together, we crossed it.

WE DID IT, VEE!!! WE DID IT!!! 🏅😭❤️

26.2 miles. Five boroughs. A million emotions. A whole lot of fun!

At 50, I didn’t just run another marathon.

I experienced the power of friendship, community, resilience, faith, LOVE, and GRATITUDE in the most extraordinary way.

To everyone who cheered, hugged, donated, encouraged, followed the race on the app, and believed in me — THANK YOU!

A few months of miles, in pictures. 📸 incase you’re wondering how I got here.

Early mornings, late nights, sweaty selfies, and questionable outfits. And yes, that’s me with my toes wrapped like little mummies to fight off blisters. Glamorous? No. Necessary? Absolutely.

I went from negotiating with myself over running just 3 miles when I had to do 6 (I did the 6 every time- light run now) to being days away from 26.2 miles. Who am I?!

To my bestie @eddiemfitness, thank you for every mile and every pep talk to the random song yelling and for staying with me every run. To my brother and sister in law thank you for coming all the way from Texas to share this journey with me. It meant the world. 🩵And @mariaissosweet, thank you for cheering me on from the start, for the summer long runs and believing in me when I didn’t.

Let’s not forget my brother @therealnoreaga for keeping me accountable every day!

NYC Marathon, I’m ready.
My toes are wrapped, my heart is full. 🏅 by @onlyvee

A glimpse of the day we said “we do” 7 years ago we promised each other: peace, love, and unity… our vows were never just for us they included our two boys, and two furry kids. We promised them the same love, unity, peace in our hearts and home. 2 became 4 (then some) that day. Cheers to 7 years of love that just keeps multiplying, baby! 🥂🐾 #veesenuff #theheavyhitterdjs by @onlyvee

Just returned from an unforgettable stay at a luxury home in Colombia 🇨🇴 The breathtaking views were the perfect backdrop for our getaway with friends who feel like family.

We had a fantastic private chef who prepared amazing meals, and the planning services were top-notch. Our personalized tours allowed us to explore the region’s beauty effortlessly.

For anyone looking to experience the luxury and serenity we enjoyed, I recommend @serenityhaus_ . They truly went above and beyond to ensure we left 2025 in style. If you’re seeking an extraordinary getaway filled with breathtaking views, luxury amenities, and top-notch service, this is the place to be. You won’t regret it!

Cheers to more unforgettable adventures! 🥂✨ by @onlyvee

The Latin Grammys @latingrammys glow hits different when you’re surrounded by the women who lift you, hype you, and love you. We came for the music, stayed for the memories — but honestly, it’s the sisterhood for me. Another beautiful year with my forever family. by @onlyvee
