By prioritizing wellness, you not only cultivate a positive self-image but also fortify your mental well-being. Hello, what a pleasure to welcome you here 🏆🔛

This post contains a little about me, Cláudia Piotto, creator of “On Studio” and passionate about my work.

I have been working to promote self-esteem and health through physical exercise for over 30 years, but the idea of bringing together small groups of women to exercise has been my biggest differentiator.

Through my work, I have seen the achievement of many women and also mine. After all, I do everything with a lot of love and my profession has become my life mission. Now that we've met, I want you to feel at home.

Here we will have lots of exercise tips and you will learn that it is possible to find joy in taking care of yourself, all in a light way that will bring results from the inside out.

Now I want to hear from you: are you ready to start training and be part of the family 🔛? by @onstudiobycp
