[Late post]

Jazakumullah khayr.

Semoga Allah selalu melimpahkan cintaNya pada kita semua. Aamiin. by @onviar

This month, Infia and partners opened JJK Café as part of ARCafe (yes, ARC-afe, IYKYK). It marks the end of a long process, and the beginning of an even longer journey.

It all started with One Piece Café, a project that once felt almost unimaginable. But we made it happen, and the level of detail genuinely impressed our partners in Hong Kong and Japan. From there, the crazy idea emerged: to build thematic cafés for both international and local IPs, rotating and evolving to follow the dynamics of the fans.

Our mission has always been to bring Indonesian fans’ dreams to life, learn from the best to uplift local IP, and help educate the market so the ecosystem grows stronger. The journey has been long, by a deep benchmarking, network and real partnership-building with regional partners as well as Japan and Hong Kong one, choosing trusted partners with the same dream, creating the roadmap, doing the research, and selecting the IPs with the biggest potential.

JJK Café is the first to launch, perfectly timed with the new movie and season 3. Shinchan Café is coming soon. The results have been really encouraging, even attracting a Japanese TV station to feature both of our cafés, and yes it will air in Japan!

None of this would have happened without a passionate and solid team, and of course our partner. And I want to give a special thanks to our long-term partners and earliest believers, @mrchlst and Bu @merni_wirawan , and to partners we hope to grow with @prillylatuconsina96 @erikarichardo @mechashock, and our other strategic partner.

This is just the beginning. Infia is moving toward becoming a full-stack IP powerhouse. Everything we achieved this year was possible because many partners believed in the vision. And we’re always open to new partners who want to build and grow together toward infinite possibilities.

So If you are interested to talk, just hit me up. taken in Lippo Mall Puri by @onviar

Tetap menyenangkan selalu sama kamu.

Masih latepost.

2024 has been an incredibly busy year for Infia and partners, especially in terms of investment and business development. Under the leadership of @katakterbang, @infiacorp has been aggressively building and investing in new ventures to complete our IP ecosystem—while staying relevant by continuously adapting and evolving. This year, we carried out two major corporate actions, invested in six movie projects, and five IP-based F&B initiatives (including the monumental One Piece Cafe), also invested while infusing our IP paradigm into the healthcare industry and many other initiatives.

We’re also aiming to tap into the global market—hence, our non-stop efforts to build strategic global alliances. This year, we paved the way for partnerships with several world-class companies from Singapore and Hong Kong.

Closing out 2024, we’re humbled by the opportunity to begin discussions with some of Japan’s IP powerhouses—the best of the best in the IP business. Never in our wildest dreams did we imagine industry giants like Cool Japan Fund, Dentsu Japan, Sky Picture, and JSAT would open their doors to explore potential strategic collaborations with us. Many thanks to the great people who made these connections possible, especially Josef, Hiramatsu-san, Hori-san, and Wisnu.
While in Japan, I also had the chance to visit the one-and-only One Piece Gym, and some IP based placemaking-got some great insights for our next big move in 2025.

Here’s to an even busier 2025: the time for scaling and harvesting! taken in Tokyo, Japan by @onviar
