In the realm of real estate, few narratives captivate potential buyers quite like the story of a home that has undergone a transformation at the hands of acclaimed designers. The house we built in 2016 stands as a testament to the evolution of architectural and interior design, now gracing the market once again after being meticulously curated by two celebrity designers.⁣
⁣
The house was initially designed with a coastal plantation aesthetic that melded functionality with a modern sensibility. Its open floor plan, large windows, and energy-efficient features were indicative of the architectural trends of the mid-2010s. ⁣

The designers brought a level of prestige that transformed the property from a house to a home. by @onyxhomes

I’m excited to announce the sale of 1157 8th Street in East Manhattan Beach, a beautiful new construction by @onyxhomes that just closed this week for $3.8 million! Congratulations to the new homeowners—it was a pleasure working with you.

I’m incredibly thankful for the guidance and support from the @klapper_group , whose expertise in new construction and the South Bay, was invaluable throughout this process.
