From never stepping foot in the gym to competing in Hyrox, 1/2 marathons, functional fitness and soon moving onto our next challenge of Ironman UK!

We use a combination in person and online coaching to create a hybrid plan that is perfect for those wanting to progress.

HYROX LDN 🇬🇧

What an achievement from Yaz & Joel smashing @hyroxuk London last weekend. So proud to see their progress and how far they have come since starting coaching.

We have been using a hybrid program of both in person and bespoke online coaching over the last few months which has helped to get the most out of their busy schedules!
