Korean-Style Chicken Wings 🔥🙌🏼

Sticky, sweet, spicy and super easy to make.

Season your wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder + olive oil. Give them a proper rub, then cook on a skillet at 220°C for 15 mins. Crank it up to 300°C at the end to get them ultra crispy.

The sauce? Silky, fiery perfection:

* 40g Gochujang
* 30g Sriracha
* 40g Golden Caster Sugar
* 15ml Rice Wine Vinegar
* 30g Ketchup
* 10ml Sesame Oil
* 15g Butter

Melt it all together, coat your wings, then finish with sesame seeds and spring onion.

Cooked in the Ooni Koda 2, an oven that’s packed full of features and it gives me the control to nail wings like this 🔥🍗

Save this for later & tag me if you give them a go 👍🏼

Ciao. Rudy’s Pizza Specials Competition is BACK...

...And this year we have a twist;

If you love pizza, are handy with a pizza peel and bowl of dough, and can create delicious flavours leaping out from a Neapolitan pizza, you’re in luck.

We’ve teamed up with Ooni to give you the chance to create a pizza to feature on our specials menu, plus an Ooni Karu 2, peel and cookbook. Not only that, you’ll enjoy a half day session with our Academy training manager, Dario to sharpen your Neapolitan pizza skills, plus a Rudy’s La Famiglia card rewarding you with two pizzas on us each week, for a whole year!

We’ll pick two incredible entries to join us at our Pizza Academy in Manchester on Wednesday 2nd April to battle it out.

So, if you’re a pizza-making legend in your own back garden and want to enter, let’s go.

Click the link in our bio to head to our website and fill out the form by Sunday 9th March.
