Please forgive the choppy video... I don't typically talk on camera as it makes me very anxious, but I desperately need this message to get to @msrachelforlittles

I am trying to ease the suffering of the children in Cuban hospitals, special needs homes, and orphanages and bring awareness to their needs.

Feral Commander Fork had a long morning performing with the @cirqueschool circuses, so she was absolutely not feeling as brave as Sergeant Spoon...

Returning from a Gesundheit Clown Trip is so difficult... It's a devastating emotional crash to come back to the realities of life. A fierce whimsy withdrawal sets in. The delicate web of joy and love we weave together stretches far across the world as we continue to hold each other and those we have touched along the way tightly in our hearts.

Mostly, I am full of gratitude. The gratitude of being able to change someone's day, to uplift someone from the darkness of their situation - even if for only a little while. Gratitude for the joy of each interaction that rejuvenates my spirit, faith in each other - and thus my broader faith in humanity. And I am so deeply grateful for finding my tribe. A tribe of people who seek to help heal the world with their boundless love, joy, silliness, and whimsy.

Te amo mucho.

Last week, I got to spend my birthday far from home, bringing joy to the hearts of others, and searching for butterflies in a jungle...

I could not have asked for more. Thank you to everyone who supports the work I do and who knows how much it matters to me to be able to deliver smiles and lift hearts in places where it is deeply needed. by @oops.t.clown
