After months of not much time and/or motivation it's been nice to tick a couple of jobs off of our pre Christmas list.

In between the stormy days #thefireman was straight up the ladder and wearing his best safety thongs to install the chain from the portico to the pot below.

Our original plans were for a water feature either side of the front door until we moved in and took the western sun during summer into consideration! by @oopswerebuildingagain

To lose a loved one is hard. To lose one of your sisters and best friend is so much harder💔

On behalf of our family thank you to everyone that has checked in on us. Your phone calls, messages, cards, visits and beautiful flowers are so very much appreciated.

We have been completely overwhelmed with your kindness xx by @oopswerebuildingagain

Adelaide weather turning it on again this weekend giving us all a little burst of energy before the winter hibernation.

While the outside jobs are being done I did manage to get #thefireman to hang my Indian spoons which have been gathering dust since the last trip up to the Gold Coast.

Another Good Friday spent well with the weather thankfully holding out.

Four generations coming together for the traditional fish lunch to celebrate Easter and enjoy each other's company (minus our FIFO's and interstaters) 🥰

Happy Easter to all and stay safe over the long weekend. by @oopswerebuildingagain

When you've checked all your favourite shops and can't find what you want along comes Marketplace to the rescue😁

I'm not sure if I'll leave this white or not, it depends on what chairs will eventually fill this space but for now it does the trick!
