Collaboration with the incredibly talented Melissa of @twostonedjewelry. I was actually sad when I handed them back to her! Handcrafted with sterling silver, turquoise, aventurine and Japanese seed beads. You really need to see these in person, and you can see them tomorrow at the Teo Stoned a jewelry booth at the Mabon Market at @themuncheryrestaurant in Willits!!

Piece by piece I’m perfecting this new Crow and skull pattern. Not pictured are the 2-3 pieces that didn’t make it to the fringe stage. I think I finally have the final version. Now, excuse me while I sort a few thousand beads and make a matching earring.

What do your earrings do for you? How do you feel when you wear them?
At school drop off this morning I felt frumpy. No time for a shower, didn’t brush my hair. Did the drop off. Came home and got to work. House work, farm chores. Then beading. My creative happy time.
Afternoon pick up, led to soccer practice. Still no time for a shower, still didn’t brush my hair. But I put on my favorite earrings, and felt ready, felt pretty, felt put together.
