In a little less than a month we’ll have the honour of screening LA COMMUNE (DE PARIS, 1871), something we’ve been wanting to do for quite a while (too long to say). It’s our modest tribute to the great Peter Watkins, one of the most inspiring filmmakers this country has ever produced. And fittingly it’ll be at @cowleyclub (you can’t convince me there’s a more appropriate place in Brighton to screen this work). So see some of you then for what will be a monumental and meaningful occasion.
(Our gratitude to Patrick and the rest of Peter’s family). by @opencolour
