Next to the BBQ and the pool supplies, there lives this majestic beauty. That might be too grand a statement; she's a simple machine. She doesn't like to move past 80-90 km/h, and she fights the reigns when I try to slow her. But she brings the wind and she floats like an old Cadillac.
I sit up straight and relax my grip and I smile to myself as the bugs smack me right in the face.
I wish I knew more about mechanical stuff, but I'm learning. And loving it.
She was made in 1968, same year I was made. When she pops and farts and the timing isn't quite right, I try to remember that all those things could be said about me.
That seems like a good place to stop. 🪰😬❤️

Happy Birthday to my lovely wife. She's always taken care of her family, always fought for her children, never liked attention but today is her day. And it's a big one!

I'm diggin this board right now. It's tricky running a wet/dry setup with stereo pedals but the Meraki works great for setting up two distinct delays and allowing me to send certain pedals to one side or the other. In this case the Thermae and the Reel Dealuxe go straight to the left side for a really cool gritty lofi thing, while the right side stays relatively clean.
The Wetter Box let's me use an expression pedal to bring in just the right amount of reverb when I want it.

Well this was exciting!
A few weeks ago, @solidgoldfx held a little contest giveaway. All you had to do was talk about your dad and why he was a hero. On Father's Day they chose my entry!! 🤯😊
This is a great spring reverb that also does some cool modulation. I think it will fit right in! And how cool is this one-off paint scheme?!

This thing is so cool, it took an immediate spot on the board.
It feels like it's alive; super responsive and dynamic but also a little quirky.There's a small tube inside so it takes a few seconds to warm up the plate warmer when you switch it on. And it needs at least 500 mA of power. I would recommend leaving it on all the time! Either in a switcher, or just using your guitar controls to adjust the amount of dirt.
Adam is in Poland but it got to the west coast of Canada with zero complications. Also, Adam was super helpful when I was figuring out the nuances.
Not an ad. I just really love this thing. ❤️

My boys got me a Bigsby B12 for the old Epiphone Dot. I've always liked the B12. More of a deco look. I added the Chet Atkins arm too, just because.
There is definitely a change in tone and I love it! Plus I had it installed well before Christmas dinner. 😁
