You can still love your spouse and stop pursuing them. That’s the part no one warns you about.

Somewhere between “I can’t wait to see you” and “please remember to get milk”, romance quietly gets replaced by admin. Not because the love left, but because we stopped pursuing each other.

I understand that the love is still there. The desire may very well still be alive too. But sometimes, once we get married, we assume love no longer needs the same effort.

We stop doing the little things, not because we no longer care, but because we think our spouse already knows.

But I’ve come to realise that sometimes, knowing is not enough. We still want to feel wanted.

So, I want you to ask your spouse today:
“What is one thing I used to do that made you feel pursued?”

Then bring one thing back. Don’t overthink it. Just do it… Send the cheeky message. Plan the date. Hold the kiss a little longer. Do something that says, “I still want you. And I still choose you.”

And don’t save it for “later”. Do it today. Do it now.

…If watching this has made you realise that pursuit has disappeared from your marriage and you need help awakening desire again, send me a DM or click the link in my bio to book a discovery call.

I’m rooting for your marriage, always.

🎵 “Prayer is the key, prayer is the master key…” 🎵

I grew up hearing that song.
But the older I get, and the more I understand marriage, the more those words carry a different weight.

Prayer is not just what we turn to when things are falling apart.

Prayer is one of the ways we keep what matters covered.

A marriage can have love and still need prayer.
It can have attraction and still need prayer.
It can have good intentions and still need prayer.

Because even good marriages need covering.
Even loving couples need wisdom.
Even committed people need grace for the days when emotions are loud, patience is thin, and understanding feels far away.

So please, never underestimate the power of praying over your marriage.

Pray when things are good.
Pray when things feel heavy.
Pray when you do not have all the words.
Pray when all you can say is, “Lord, help us.”
Pray, just pray! 🤲🏾

And If prayer is already part of your marriage, keep the altar burning.
But if it has quietly slipped out of your routine, please start again.

It does not have to be perfect. It just has to be honest. Pour your heart out, your Father is ready and willing to hear you.

It is well with your marriage. 🙏🏾

Rooting for you and your union, always,

Nobody warns you that marriage can drift quietly.

Not dramatically. Not with a big argument or a clear breaking point.

Just slowly. Gradually. Two people becoming efficient housemates while something deeper goes unattended.

And by the time it feels heavy, neither person is quite sure when it started.

This carousel is about the small shifts that interrupt that drift.

Not overnight fixes.

Not dramatic overhauls.

But quiet, deliberate choices that change the atmosphere, one day at a time.

Because the marriages that last are not the ones that never face difficulty.

They are the ones where at least one person decides to move differently.

Swipe through slowly.

Save it.

Send it to your spouse if it will open a conversation you have both been needing.

And if your marriage needs more than a carousel right now, send me a DM with the word MARRIAGE.

Let’s talk about what real support looks like for where you are.

It is well with your marriage.

Rooting for your marriage, always

Happy New Month. ❤️

Welcome to June.

A new month. A fresh page. Another opportunity to be intentional and deliberate about the things that truly matter.

While you are setting your goals, making your plans and looking ahead to everything you want to accomplish this month, do not forget about your marriage.

Do not let June become another month of coexisting.

Another month of passing conversations.

Another month of “we’ll make time later” when later never quite arrives.

Another month of being so busy building a life that you forget to nurture the person you are building it with.

Your marriage is not a side project.

It deserves your attention on purpose.

So this month, choose each other again.

Choose the conversation you have been avoiding.

Choose the date night you keep postponing.

Choose the laughter, even when life feels heavy.

Choose the hug that says more than words can.

Choose the prayer over the argument.

Choose forgiveness before the distance grows.

Choose the small, quiet, unglamorous effort that says:

“You still matter to me.”

“I am still choosing you.”

Because the strongest marriages are not built on feelings alone.

They are built by two people who keep making the choice to choose each other again, and again, and again.

June is here. Why not make it a month that moves your marriage forward!

Happy New Month. ❤️

I’m rooting for your marriage, always.

She asked why she wasn’t in the 6-box frame.

Simple. Some people aren’t a box in the story, they’re a whole chapter. 🖼️✨

From endless planning calls to making SOR happen, your energy was simply unmatched. Ope, one of the beautiful highlights of my May.

Cheers to the ever-industrious Ope, one of the people who made my May truly special. SOR memories forever. 🤍 by @opepraise

The planes that land safely don’t make the news.

And that is exactly why marriage has a PR problem.

We hear the pain.
The failures.
The warnings.
The “don’t do it” stories.

What we rarely hear about are the quiet, intentional, deeply beautiful marriages being built every day by two people who are choosing to grow, repair, forgive, mature and keep showing up.

So let me say this clearly:

Marriage is not outdated.
It is not doomed.
It is not for everyone except you.

Yes, it will stretch you.
Yes, it will expose things.
Yes, there will be seasons that feel hard.

But difficulty is not always dysfunction.
A hard season does not automatically mean a failed marriage.

Sometimes, it means your marriage needs language.
It needs structure.
It needs honesty.
It needs repair.
It needs support.

If you are married and finding it hard right now, this is your reminder: you have not failed. You are in a process.

And if you are single and afraid, don’t let the noise decide your future. You can marry well. You will marry well.

I believe in marriage. Not blindly, but deeply. And with evidence.

And I am here to help you build one worth staying in.

If your marriage came to mind while you watched this, don’t ignore that. Pay attention to what it is asking for. Send me a DM with the word MARRIAGE or book a Discovery Call through the link in my bio.

It is well with your marriage. ❤️

I’m rooting for your marriage, always

Infidelity didn’t just break trust. It broke your whole reality.

Most people reduce betrayal to one moment.
One act.
One night.
One mistake.

But the damage is never just about what happened.
It’s about everything it revealed.

The layers beneath the betrayal that were already fractured.

Infidelity breaks something deeper:
Trust.
Safety.
Emotional connection.
Honesty.
Partnership.

For many couples, the pain is not only “You slept with someone else.”
It is:
“You lied to me.”
“You made me question my reality.”
“You disconnected from me while pretending everything was fine.”
“You made me feel unsafe in the relationship I trusted most.”

That is why healing after infidelity requires more than apologies, gifts, or trying to “move on.”

Recovery demands honesty.
Accountability.
Emotional rebuilding.
Consistent repair.
And two people willing to confront what was broken beneath the affair… not just the affair itself.

Some couples survive infidelity and remain emotionally disconnected for years because the deeper relationship wounds were never addressed.

And some couples rebuild stronger because they were finally willing to deal with the issues they had buried for too long.

Healing is possible.
But healing requires truth.

If this found you at the right time, save it. Share it. And sit with it.

And if you are trying to rebuild after betrayal, you do not have to navigate it alone.
Send me a DM.

✨The caption may be for you✨

Welcome to the month of May! 🤗

I know many of us are probably wondering, how have we arrived at May 2026 already? Ah! 😮

And that thought is exactly why I am writing this to you today.

The months have a way of rushing past us if we let them. Days roll into weeks, weeks roll into months, and before we know it, another season has passed.

And if we are not careful, the same thing can happen in marriage.

Suddenly it’s July, and you’ve been in the same house, the same bed, the same routine with your spouse… but somehow, you feel further apart than when you first got married. And let’s be honest, it didn’t start off like that…

Something I’ve noticed about marriages that thrive is this: they are not thriving by accident.

They are not thriving because of luck.
They are not thriving because everything has always been easy.

They thrive because there is intention.

So with this new month, I want to challenge us to be more intentional.

Let this month be different.

Put the phone down.
Cook the dinner.
Start the conversation you’ve been sitting on.
Book the activity or outing you’ve been meaning to book.
Say the words.
Hold hands.
Cuddle.
Be present, not just physically, but emotionally and genuinely present.

Your marriage doesn’t always need a dramatic overhaul.

Sometimes, it needs your attention.
Consistently.
On purpose.

You have the whole of May ahead of you now.

Use it well.

Show up with intention in your marriage. Be the change you’re seeking for.

Drop a ❤️ below if you’re committing to being intentional in your marriage this month.

And remember, the change you are looking for often starts with the change you are willing to produce.

If you want to go deeper than just having “a good May,” send me a DM.

I’d love to hear where you and your spouse are right now, and I’d love to help you get to where you want to be.

I’m rooting for your marriage… OpePraise 💫 by @opepraise

By now, you’ve probably heard the news about Tina and Teddy Campbell’s divorce.

Their story was one of the first times I truly understood what infidelity means… and what it does to a marriage. Not just the act itself, but the weight of betrayal. The damage it leaves behind. The questions it creates. The kind of pain people carry quietly.

So I decided to speak to those sitting in that weight right now.

The hurt partner who stayed, tried, forgave… and is still wondering whether any of it mattered.
The one who caused the pain and is now realising that sorry is not the same as changed.
And the couples caught somewhere in between… wanting healing, but not knowing what that work really requires.

Recovery is possible.
Restoration is real.
But healing does not happen by accident.

If this found you at the right time, save it. Share it. Sit with it.

And if you need help rebuilding after betrayal, send me a DM.
You do not have to carry this alone.

Most marriages don’t break suddenly.
They erode slowly.

Through missed conversations.
Unspoken needs.
Days where you’re physically present, but emotionally absent.

Intentionality in marriage is not a grand gesture.
It’s the daily decision to show up - fully - for the person you chose.

It’s effort.
It’s attention.
It’s selflessness.

It’s choosing them… even when you’re tired.
Even when you’re right.

What you don’t nurture will weaken.
What you tend to consistently will flourish.

Swipe through and ask yourself honestly; how intentional am I being right now?

It’s a new week.
Don’t let the busyness and distractions win.

Be conscious.
Be present.
Be intentional with your spouse… starting today.

What 43 years of marriage looks like… Ladies and gentlemen, MY parents 🥰

I post this with sincere gratitude to God for keeping them both!

This is 43!

Not because it was always easy.

Not because there were no storms.

But because two people made a decision and kept making it. Every. Single. Day.

This is my reason for believing that marriage works! This is my first example of what marriage can look like when you choose each other through it all.

Has it been perfect? No.

But have they been perfect for each other? Absolutely. 💯

One of the greatest gifts my father ever gave me and my siblings was not only money, or opportunities, but it was his bold love for my mother.

The love was Loud, consistent, and unapologetic.

That woman cannot even go shopping without him to this day.

He spoiled her. He chose her. He set the bar and we are all better for it.

My parents are now empty nesters and they are living and loving on each other even more now because they invested in it over the years! That is a legacy.

I have the example, and I’m here to remind you of the possibilities of what marriage can do when you let God hold the centre of it.

This is what staying looks like.

This is what I believe in.

Can you have a lasting marriage that can outlive you? Absolutely! and I’m here to help you make that possible.

Happy 43rd Anniversary my Mummy & Daddy. ❤️

We love you. We honour you. We celebrate you.
