About (I think) 12 years ago, my dear friend and colleague @gorancah and I shared a lovely experience filming for German TV station rbb/ard a segment about Kammeroper Schloss Rheinsberg where we were singing in Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte production.

Only by chance did I look for this documentary online yesterday evening and - look at that - I found the whole thing! And it’s been posted on the official ADR webpage only a couple of days ago and will be available for a year. Coincidence? Don’t believe in those anymore 😉

Anyways - take a look. I have cut the best parts 😜

And YES, THEY MADE ME SING MY HEART WILL GO ON! 😆🥰

Pre (čini mi se) nekih 12 godina, moj dragi prijatelj i kolega @gorancah i ja imali smo divno iskustvo snimajući prilog za nemačku televiziju rbb/ARD o Kamernoj operi u dvorcu Rajnsberg (Kammeroper Schloss Rheinsberg), gde smo nastupali u Mocartovoj operi Čarobna frula.

Sasvim slučajno sam sinoć odlučila da potražim ovaj dokumentarac na internetu i – gle čuda – pronašla sam ga u celosti! I ne samo to, već je postavljen na zvanični sajt ARD-a pre svega nekoliko dana i biće dostupan narednih godinu dana. Slučajnost? U njih više ne verujem. 😉

U svakom slučaju, bacite pogled! Izdvojila sam najbolje delove. 😜

U poslednjih nekoliko dana svuda su vrane. Vrane su u polju, vrane su u knjizi, vrane su na YouTube-u, vrane su u priči moje mame.
Šta li mi donose vrane, pitam se….Vrlo sam radoznala da pratim mrvice koje mi ostavljaju…
Možda mudrost? Ili su to beše sove…?
Mozda loše vesti? Ili je to beše gavran…?
U snovima mi je ostavljena mapa. Zamislite, neko mi je ostavio mapu da znam da ima nade.
Kaže mi internet da su vrane simbol promene, da one posmatraju. Jel to ja samu sebe posmatram? 🤔
Kaže nauka da je AI uspeo da dešifruje “vranski” (to je jezik vrana, ako niste znali).
Kažu da za svakog od nas imaju “ime”, tj, ton koji odgovara svakom od nas čiji su posmatrači. Kažu da tačno znaju ko im je simpa, a kome bi da iskljucaju ćelu ili probodu mu/joj kačket.
Fantastično je koliko znamo o komunikaciji među vranama, a međusobno - katastrofa!
Bilo bi sjajno da po tonu kojim izgovorimo nečije ime drugi mogu da znaju tačno kakav je to čovek i da li da od njega očekujemo kamenicu ili nekog crvića ili koricu hleba.
Dakle VRANE! Jedva čekam da mi otkriju svoju poruku! Možda me i nauče vranski!

I finally got the opportunity to grant my own wish and attend the Peter Hess sound therapy course.

The fabulous ladies from @prema_vama thank you so much for this unique and transformative experience!

Never ever in my life had it occurred to me that I will sing this aria, but here we are…
Life is full of surprises and as bodies change, so do voices. Some a little, some a lot.
It feels both a curse and a blessing to be able to sing a completely different repertoire, but I am letting the wind bend me with as little resistance as possible. Wind is there. We can’t ignore it. Instead, we should let it make us soar.
