POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

@scarlett_camberos make history becoming the first @miseleccionfem woman ever nominated for the Ballon d’Or.

27 goals. 7 assists. 47 games. Liga MX Femenil champion. Concacaf Champions Cup champion.

But her road here was never written to be easy.

Forced to leave Mexico in 2023 after suffering online harassment, Camberos continued her journey in the United States before eventually finding her way home again.

She returned to Club América in 2024.

9 months ago I had the pleasure of covering @worldsevens_ in Miami, where I got to see @scarlett_camberos play and capture some of that magic through my own lens. I decided to pick my favorite one and dedicate a post to her accomplishment. At the time, it was simply one of those moments you appreciate as a photographer watching a special player express herself on the pitch.

And now, just two years later, her name stands among the greatest footballers on the planet.

From leaving home to returning as a champion.
From adversity to history.

@scarlett_camberos isn’t chasing the story anymore. She’s becoming part of Mexican football mythology. 🇲🇽

EUROPE TRIP EPISODE 04: INSIDE MY DREAM STADIUM |I Growing up, Borussia Dortmund was one of the teams I admired the most. Watching players like Marco Reus made this club feel special long before I ever stepped foot in Germany.
Me walking through Signal Iduna Park wasn’t just about seeing another stadium it was about experiencing a place I’d only dreamed of visiting. From the tunnel to the stands, every corner reminded me why this game means so much to me.

EUROPE TRIP EPISODE 03: VISITING MY DREAM STADIUM || Took a 45 min train from Dussoldurf to Dortmund where my goal was to experience and capture the BVB stadium (Signal Iduna Park). Being long time fan of dortmund because growing up one of my favorite players was Marco Reus this was a dream come true. Also being that this was my first ever European stadium I see it was just meant to be. In this episode I show my arrival and just about to head in the stadium but stay tune because next episode I show everything inside.

@opticperform X @brooklynwfootballclub

Had a blast covering my first professional woman’s match for @brooklynwfootballclub. Had fun experimenting some graphic design concepts to diversify portfolio and bring new skills to my creative process. Shoutout to @gpascarella and @thepictureboxphoto for making it possible and for being such dope people to work with. I will also like to shoutout @tziarraking because although the result wasn’t the one we wished she was my woman of the match absolute baller and let me get the flick with her at the end.

Until next time @brooklynwfootballclub taken in Beyond Bancard Field at NSU by @opticperform

OUT OF FRAME EP|01: @brooklynwfootballclub x @opticperform

@brooklynwfootballclub came down to face @ftlutd , and I got the chance to cover my first pro women’s match. Here I show how a day of working with a @gainbridgesuperleague team covering their whole game day goes. Overall it was a great day got to catch up with some friends, meet some new people, and even grab a shot with one of the players at the end (shoutout @tziarraking ).

Out of Frame is a series I want to start where I bring you along with me and give you a little insight into what it’s like being a freelance creator and creating my own content. I’ll be sharing more of my shoot days, how I edit, my creative process, and just everything that happens behind the content you normally see on my page.
