🥊 Season prep is ON. 🥊

University of North Carolina starting guard @terrencebrown03 putting in the work, sharpening footwork, hand speed, and conditioning to step into this season ready. 💪🏾

No shortcuts. Just reps, discipline, and a fighter’s mindset. The ring rewards the ones who prepare. 🔥

Proud of the grind, Terrence. Let’s go get it! 👊

Minnesota made. 🏀💯

Had to get the work in with shooting guard @doctor.k.24 Hopkins legend, UNC and Texas Tech alum, now hooping for the Landau Lions. 🦁🔥

Today was all about game-speed reps:
✅ Footwork into the catch
✅ Shooting off movement
✅ Quick release under pressure
✅ Conditioning so the shot holds up late in games

Elite shooters don’t take days off, and the details are what separate good from great. Proud to help him sharpen up for the season ahead. 🎯

Pro work. Pro standards. 🏀🔥

Putting in work with NBA and EuroLeague pro Rashad Vaughn this offseason. At this level every detail matters: footwork, efficiency, conditioning, and the reps nobody sees.

What we focused on:
🎯 Game-speed shooting off movement
🏀 Advanced ball handling under pressure
⚡ Explosiveness and first-step quickness
🏋🏾 Strength and durability for a long season

Pros don’t get there by accident, and they don’t stay there without the grind. Same standard we bring to every athlete who walks into Optimal PRO Training, from youth to the league.

Respect to Rashad for the work. 💯

7 years old and already putting in work. 🏀💪🏾

Shooting. Ball handling. Cardio. Pushups, situps, and squats. My son went through the whole session with a smile on his face.

At this age it’s not about perfect form or winning. It’s about falling in love with the work, building confidence, and learning that hard things get easier when you keep showing up.

Coach by day, dad always. Nothing beats this time with my little man.

Dads, make the time. They’re watching how you show up. 🙌🏾

Big thanks to North Regional Library for hosting us. And yes, the doughnuts were a hit too. 😄
