Our 9 year old has had two major injuries, both of them occurred while on a friend’s farm. One happened while trying to rescue a baby goat and the other involved a blue heeler being playful and knocking her over. They make for really good stories and core memories. Over her 6 week healing process she discovered she was ambidextrous. As an artist she was not willing to give up her passion and decided to use her non dominate hand.

Learning to process pain and work through the struggle of healing is powerful. The body usually has the ability to heal its self and your mindset is the most powerful tool. We have chosen never to use over counter medications for our children. They both have the MTHFR gene mutation and do not detox well. We support our cherubs with nutrient dense food, quality sleep, plenty of time in nature, and regular Chriopractic adjustments.

We used @optimalcarnivore and @boironusa to support her healing journey.

The supplement I added when I was trying to save my hair… 👀

Hair loss isn’t always a “hair problem.” For me, it was a sign that something deeper needed attention.

When my hair became thinner, weaker, drier, and started breaking, I took a much bigger-picture approach—starting with blood work, nutrition, hormones, protein, and key nutrients.

One thing I added to my daily routine was Goddess Vitality, an organ-based supplement that makes it SO much easier for me to get the nutrients naturally found in liver, spleen, heart and other organs without having to eat organ meats every day.

For me, this became part of my strategy to support iron status and give my body the nutritional building blocks it needed for healthy hair growth. 💁‍♀️✨

But here’s the important part:there was no single magic pill. My hair recovery was a combination of addressing the underlying issues + supporting my follicles + protecting the hair I already had.

I shared my entire hair-recovery routine—including the other things I did to repair my damaged hair—in my newest YouTube video!

🚨 Everyone wants younger-looking skin... but almost no one is feeding it.

Before you blame your age, ask yourself this:

Are you giving your body what it actually needs to build healthy skin?

Skin isn’t made from lasers and expensive creams. It’s made from the nutrients on your plate.

🥩 Prioritize protein.
🥑 Eat fat according to your goals.
🍓 Limit carbohydrates.

When your body has the raw materials it needs, it can repair, rebuild, and support healthy skin from the inside out.

Stop trying to out-spend aging. Start out-feeding it.

Everyone asks what I use on my skin, but the biggest change didn’t come from a cream.

It came from balancing my hormones.

When my hormones were out of balance, it showed—my skin, my energy, my mood, everything. Once I addressed the root cause with the right nutrition and HRT, my skin became healthier from the inside out.

Healthy skin isn’t just about what you put ON it. It’s about what you give your body.

Aging is inevitable. Aging poorly doesn’t have to be.
