Post-facial plans? Let’s talk about it. ✨

After a facial, your skin can be a little more sensitive than usual, so the goal is to protect the barrier and avoid extra irritation while it settles.

For the first several hours:

* Makeup: ideally wait until later in the day or the next morning, especially after a more active treatment.
* Gym: skip intense workouts and heavy sweating for about 24 hours when possible.
* Sun exposure: keep it minimal, wear a broad-spectrum SPF 30+, and avoid prolonged direct sun.

Also keep your routine simple—gentle cleanser, hydration, moisturizer, and SPF. Hold off on scrubs, retinoids, exfoliating acids, or other strong actives until your provider recommends restarting them.

Your exact aftercare can vary depending on the facial you received, so always follow the instructions from your provider. 🤍
