Optimus Jiu-Jitsu Kids Program!
Jiu-Jitsu is a powerful education for children.

● Physically, they learn coordination, strength development, and most importantly, how to defend themselves.
● Mentally, they learn discipline, perseverance, and the power of practice.

For over 15 years, we have been the leader in South County, raising up strong and capable children. We are so happy and grateful to be able to do this work each and every day.

Today is National Stop Bullying Day.

Standing up to a bully does not start with a fight. It starts with staying calm. In our kids classes, students practice using their words first, keeping their space, and getting out of a bad spot without panicking. Calm is a skill, and skills get trained.

Join our Bully Defense Program, every Saturday in October at 10:00 a.m. Open to current students, past students, and the public.

Community. Consistency. Discipline.

Allen sums up what Jiu-Jitsu at Optimus has brought into his life: the people he trains with, a routine he sticks to, and more discipline everywhere else.

The hardest part is showing up for the first one. Your first class is a free intro class. Call (949) 481-2511 to book it.

"This was not my first Jiu-Jitsu gym, but it is my last Jiu-Jitsu gym."

Joe England is a brown belt at Optimus, and he passes plenty of other gyms on his way here. His reasons: the community, the friendly room and the instruction.

His invitation to you: "So come on in and try it. I'd love to train with you."

Your first class is a free intro class. Call (949) 481-2511 to book it.

Respect is not a rule we post on the wall. It is something kids practice every class.

Bowing onto the mat. Shaking hands before every roll. Listening when the coach talks. Helping a newer partner up. Small habits, repeated until they stick.

Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Optimus in Laguna Niguel. Book a free intro class at optimusbjj.com.

Great to have my brother, professor Wild Will on the mats with us.

Right after jiu-jitsu it's on to the gym, then to the beach for recovery time.

That's the Jiu-Jitsu lifestyle, the lifestyle of Health, Fitness, and Longevity.💪💪💪
