🔑 Why do we love being part of Opt? Because we’ve got the tools, the support, and the resources to let us focus on what really matters—our clients.

When our founder, Drew, says real estate at Opt is different, he means it. It's about sharing success, pushing the boundaries, and having each other’s backs in a business that can feel lonely.

Real estate is changing fast, and with Opt, you’re never doing it alone.

Watch the reel to see why we’re all about doing the hard work in a great way. 💪 by @optrealestate

Some of the best agents in the industry, right here at Opt.

One of the best parts of this brokerage is how much we learn from each other. Our recent agent panel was a chance to share knowledge, talk through challenges, and hear what’s working in today’s market.

A big shout-out to Westley Colebank, Robin Malcomson, and Aaron Pontius for sharing their expertise and being so generous with their insights!

Navigating a challenging market is easier when you’re surrounded by people who want to see you succeed. That’s life at Opt.

THREE appetizers. ONE incredible kitchen.

This week on Home Cooking, we're serving up:

Vietnamese Shrimp Spring Rolls
Steamed Tofu with Shiitake & Ginger Garlic Soy
Asian Pickled Spiral Cucumbers

And we're making it all inside this beautiful home at 554 5th St in Lake Oswego!

With a spacious kitchen built for entertaining, remodeled bathrooms, and a fantastic location just steps from downtown restaurants and boutique shops, this home has plenty to offer.

The best part? When you don't feel like cooking, downtown Lake Oswego is practically at your doorstep!

Want a private tour? DM me "LAKE OSWEGO" and I'll show you around!

Behind every great client experience is an agent who makes the process feel a little easier. ✨

Today, we’re highlighting Westley Colebank—a trusted resource for his clients, a thoughtful communicator, and someone who brings plenty of personality to the work he does.

From his love of Japan and all things nerdy to his commitment to his clients, Westley brings curiosity, care, and expertise to every transaction. And with 77 home sales in just four years, including nearly half from past-client referrals, that trust speaks for itself.
Thinking about buying or selling in the Portland area? Connect with

Westley and put his experience to work for you.

Reach out to Westley to start the conversation.

We’re lucky to have Westley as part of the Opt family. 💚
