Client came to Opülor after Lipo 360 + BBL + arm and thigh lipo, and because she wasn’t local, we knew we had a pretty short window to work together.

She started with our 3-session Starter Plan, where we focused on understanding her recovery. The Starter Plan includes a body analysis, and checks for swelling ,compression, your faja fit, and identifies the areas that need the most attention.

From there, she transitioned into our 7-session Gold Plan, which allowed us to continue her hands-on post-op care while incorporating one additional modality/machine based on her needs.

And as her body changed? So did her compression. We also completed an in-house faja alteration to help maintain the proper fit throughout her recovery.

Her time with us was only about one month, but we were able to make the most of every session by adjusting her care as her body progressed.

June 15 was the starting point. July was the progress.

Post-op care isn’t just about booking massages ; it’s about having a plan, monitoring the body as it changes, and making adjustments along the way.

Meet Quen, our Lead Tech here at Opülor Body & Wellness Spa.

From post-op recovery and customized body treatments to facials and wellness-focused care, Quen is one of the familiar faces our clients can expect to see throughout their journey with us.

Here, she’s taking one of our clients through a 30-minute Emsculpt session, a non-invasive treatment that uses high-intensity electromagnetic energy to create repeated muscle contractions in the targeted area.

But for Quen, the treatment is only part of the experience. Her approach is centered around client comfort, communication, and meeting each person where they are. Throughout the session, she checks in with her client and gradually adjusts the intensity based on how they’re tolerating the muscle stimulation.

This client began at a lower, comfortable setting and gradually progressed throughout her session…finishing at the highest intensity you see at the end.

Every client is different, and reaching the highest setting isn’t the goal for everyone. The goal is to provide a treatment experience that feels intentional, individualized, and comfortable from beginning to end.

What can happen when you combine Emsculpt with a customized body-contouring plan? 👀

Our client completed 6 total body-contouring sessions during the timeframe shown:

4 Emsculpt sessions + 2 Maintenance Membership sessions

So what’s the difference?

EMSCULPT uses high-intensity electromagnetic energy to create repeated muscle contractions that would be difficult to achieve through voluntary exercise alone. The treatment is designed to strengthen and tone the targeted muscles while supporting improved definition in the treatment area.

For our client, we treated the abdomen with a series of 4 Emsculpt sessions.

But her plan didn’t stop there.

Through our Maintenance Membership, we were also able to incorporate 2 customized body-contouring sessions using cavitation and wood therapy.

Cavitation uses ultrasound technology as a non-invasive body-contouring treatment targeting localized areas of concern.

Wood therapy uses specialized massage tools and techniques to manually work the treatment area as part of a customized contouring session.

During one of the weeks pictured, her schedule included:

That means we weren’t relying on one modality to address everything.

We used EMSCULPT for muscle stimulation and strengthening, while her Maintenance Membership allowed us to customize additional sessions around her individual body-contouring goals.
