Πάνω από 150 χρόνια, ο Σύλλογος Εκπαιδεύσεως Νεανίδων @senedu.gr κρατά ζωντανή την τέχνη της χειροτεχνίας. 🧵 Από την ίδρυσή του, ο Σ.Ε.Ν. διασώζει παραδοσιακές τεχνικές και αναδεικνύει την ελληνική παράδοση. Μέσα από τα εργαστήρια και τα σεμινάριά του, το κέντημα, το κοπανέλι, η ύφανση και άλλες τέχνες περνούν από γενιά σε γενιά, σε έναν ζωντανό χώρο δημιουργίας στην καρδιά της Αθήνας. Παράλληλα, σύγχρονα σεμινάρια όπως το χειροποίητο κόσμημα, το σχέδιο μόδας και η φωτογραφία φέρνουν την παράδοση στο σήμερα. 75 χρόνια δίπλα στην ελληνική φύση. Από το 1951, η Ελληνική Εταιρία Προστασίας της Φύσης (ΕΕΠΦ) βρίσκεται σταθερά στην πρώτη γραμμή για την προστασία του φυσικού πλούτου της χώρας. Από τα βουνά, τους υγροτόπους και τα δάση μέχρι τις ακτές, τα σχολεία και τις τοπικές κοινωνίες, η δράση της συνδέει την προστασία του περιβάλλοντος με την εκπαίδευση, την ενημέρωση και την ενεργή συμμετοχή. Με αφορμή τα 75 χρόνια της, η ΕΕΠΦ συνεχίζει να κοιτάζει μπροστά, με μια σειρά επετειακών δράσεων και πρωτοβουλιών σε όλη την Ελλάδα. Μια διαδρομή 75 χρόνων που μας θυμίζει πως η προστασία της φύσης δεν αφορά μόνο το σήμερα, αλλά και τον κόσμο που επιλέγουμε να αφήσουμε στις επόμενες γενιές. A meeting of two design languages. Zeus+Δione and Pierre Hardy come together to reinterpret the iconic Alpha Bag, first designed by Hardy fifteen years ago. Defined by its sculptural silhouette, precise geometry and absence of unnecessary detail, the Alpha has always been a study in simplicity and proportion. For this collaboration, Zeus+Δione preserves the character of the original design while introducing its own perspective through four new colourways drawn from the palette of ENOSIS, the brand’s Autumn/Winter 2026 collection. The collaboration also reflects a shared connection to Greece, which has long been an important source of inspiration for Pierre Hardy and remains at the heart of Zeus+Δione’s creative identity. The result is a meeting of French design and Greek perspective and a new chapter for Zeus+Δione in accessories. We’re excited to be working on the 6th Annual Foundations in Bioethics Course, presented by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Bioethics Academy, together with the Johns Hopkins Berman Institute of Bioethics and the ETH Zurich Health Ethics & Policy Lab. The course comes to Athens on 30–31 October 2026, at the Goulandris Museum of Natural History, for two days exploring the questions shaping medicine and research today - from the birth of bioethics and the rise of autonomy to law, policy, health, digital technologies and more. The course is for anyone who wants to build a solid foundation in bioethics, including final-year medical students and senior students of biology, psychology, nutrition or law; junior doctors and early-career researchers; mid-career physicians and clinical researchers; hospital administrators and public health professionals; members of research or clinical ethics committees; academics; and legal and policy professionals. Hydra is more than a setting for Elena Votsi’s work. It is part of its language. Born and raised on the island, the designer continues to live and work in Hydra, where her atelier and two stores have become an extension of her creative practice. Here, jewellery exists alongside sculpture, drawing and objects, with materials ranging from gold and silver to porcelain, iron, fabric and precious stones. Her approach is defined by a fascination with form — bold, clean lines and sculptural shapes that move between art and jewellery. For more than 110 years, the Greek kiosk, "περίπτερο," has been woven into the fabric of everyday city life. This summer, @zeusndione brings it back in a new setting: the historic Oasis pool at @theilisian_official. Painted in a vibrant yellow yolk shade and impossible to miss, the Z+Δ kiosk introduces an urban touch to the pool’s laid-back Mediterranean atmosphere. Familiar from the very first glance, it keeps the original structure’s scale and proportions, preserving classic periptero staples like newspapers and magazines, while expanding the selection with beachwear, sunglasses, accessories, postcards, and other summer essentials.
