POSTS STORIES REELS

Opus Rising 222 came and went. Our cheeks STILL hurt from the Non-Stop smiles, laughter and continuous good vibes. How do we have these incredible humans by our side yet again? How can we thank you enough for your support!?

We are gushing with happiness and gratitude to every single individual that came out (from far and near) to be part of our special day. So much goes into the preparation for these events during the weeks leading up to them. Worth every single moment.

We are chomping at the bit to do it again!

That infectious happiness, even for our guests who couldn't actually participate say it is like no other. They can't wait to come "again next time"! That is what it is all about. We want to just spread the good! We want to raise the vibration as a community!

Just a small recap of our time together this weekend. Thank you again to everyone who captured photos and videos for us. We hold them dear! The song is now on constant repeat and I think you'll be hearing a lot more of it soon...😜

Another HUGE THANK YOU to @starboltphilly for hosting us in your stunning space!

Welcome BACK Opus Risers! If this is your first sesh with us, WELCOME new comers!!!

We are beyond thrilled to have you join our second round of Opus Rising. Our mission is to create an unforgettable event that seamlessly blends the energizing power of music with physical movement and mental well-being. Through a dynamic fusion of music, yoga flows, and dancing, we aim to offer a unique experience that connects body, mind, and soul. Attendees will immerse themselves in a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere, where every moment encourages personal expression, stress relief, and community connection.

Together, we'll cultivate a space for positivity, self-care, and fun, leaving each participant feeling rejuvenated, empowered, and inspired to carry the energy into their everyday lives.

Class will begin at 4:30pm, check in at 4pm, and of course will end on a high note for some social time! If you do not want to do the class, that is ok. ALL ARE WELCOME! Just come out and share the vibe as happy hour will follow.

As with last time, all paying participants will receive a ticket for their first drink on us! Thank you for coming out to support.

💫State of Mind 💫

We had been searching and shooting ideas around for a few years but something in 2025 changed, something shifted and the momentum just kept going. We knew we wanted to start something expressive, something that gave us an outlet for our love of music, dance and movement but what would it be? We did not know but we just followed what continued to feel right. The universe kept saying "YES"!

Last Saturday, the time and space where we finally delivered Opus Rising was something out of this world, and we absorbed every moment of it to its fullest.

Quick recap of our yoga portion with moments of the last few months peppered in during our planning and prep. We have the utmost gratitude to everyone who supported us, to the universe for bringing this moment and we celebrate the future journey yet to come. What started as a compilation of some ideas over time, happy hours, DJ sets and a dance sesh or two, what was meant to be... just came to life.

Opus Rising really is truly a state of mind and we hope that we can continue to spread and share this amazing feeling to all who wish to experience it.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, to those of you who could physically join us and to those of you who were with us in spirit.

Namaste and let's keep grooving!

To think it all started with a DM about shuffle lessons… 💌

What’s unfolded since is something so much deeper. A friendship rooted in rhythm, built through every beat drop, dance step, and shared moment💃🏼

From strangers to soul sisters—forever bonded by love, music, movement, and good vibes. 🖤✨

✨Reflection ✨We had a generous universe this past week. She just kept giving, and yet we still feel the lucky recipients of yet even more. We had a week on the friendly island of Saint Martin where we were able to submerge ourselves into the living music we love and use. It was an endless high. Good people, incredible energy and beautiful memories that are all part of this story were found.

We have our hearts set on a vision to infect our future as we have been. It's just the beginning and we are beyond ourselves to share with you! by @opusrisingstudio

Can you imagine yourself amongst the vibe? Let us take you with us on our first journey... Opus Rising, Yoga House first edition Saturday, June 14 @starboltphilly
