End of Block Recap 💪

Decent end to this block with a couple of pb's with room in the tank
Comp Squats 175kg x2 (+5kg pb)
Comp Bench 102.5kg x2 (2.5kg pb according to app data)
Defecit Deads 185kg x1 (+5kg)
Close Grip Bench 102.5kg x1 (+5kg pb)
Comp Deads 195kg x2 (+5kg pb according to app data)

This year, I’ve changed my mindset around training, making a huge difference to how I approach each session and take the emotion out of lifting
.
Rather than going into sessions fixated on getting ‘X’ weight to move at ‘X’ RPE, I’ve learned to focus on making that weight fucking move..... and move it well.

Understanding my body better and how it's performing Knowing when to pull back and when to fucking SEND IT.

There’s a fine line between hoping you can do something and having the mindset, confidence and intent to make it happen.

For Octobers Gym Challenge, we're collaborating with shooting stars to help support families affected by baby loss.

The goal is cycle a grand total of 4,745 miles, that’s one mile for each of the 4,745 babies sadly lost during pregnancy or shortly after birth in the UK each year.

To enter, simply make a donation via our Just Giving page in our bio, start clocking up your miles and the member with the most accumulated miles cycled by the end of October will be our winner!

Not only will the winner will receive a prize bundle, but every mile and every donation helps provide midwifery support, counselling, and a place where families can spend precious time with their babies.
