We are often asked what our wash and fold process looks like. Once you download the app and schedule a pick up, we take your dirty laundry back to our facility and...

1. We sort laundry by separating whites from colors.
2. We use mesh bags for washing & drying undergarments and any clothing with straps.
3. We use toxin free/eco-friendly detergents only.
4. We separate towels from regular clothes and dry separately.
5. We only dry on LOW heat.

The hotel industry standard for linen is 3 par. One set on the bed, one in the wash, one in reserve. The math only works if the vendor returns the second set on time, every time.⁠
⁠
The mistake most LA hotels make is running 3 par with a vendor whose performance assumes a perfect week. Awards weekend, wedding blocks, and early arrivals do not assume a perfect week. The towel runs short before the next turnover. The Saturday route gets missed and rolls into a Sunday housekeeping scramble. Inventory pools across three properties and comes back light. The GM finds out from a TripAdvisor review, not from the procurement report.⁠
