🍊 VILLE!! THE WAIT IS OVER!

IT’S A NEW SEASON. A NEW STANDARD.

This upcoming season is about more than wins and losses — it’s about building a culture, establishing an identity, and setting a standard that represents what we are all about.

We have a group of players coming together with different backgrounds, different experiences, and different strengths — but one common goal: to become something bigger than the individual.

From the first day of training camp to the final whistle of the season, the expectation is simple: compete, improve, and hold each other accountable.

Expect a team that plays with pace.
Expect a team that plays with purpose.
Expect a team that battles for every puck.
Expect a team that takes pride in defending.
Expect a team that is willing to do the little things that winning teams are built on.

There will be challenges. There will be adversity. There will be moments when things don’t go our way. But those are the moments that define a team — and this group is prepared to embrace them.

Every practice matters.
Every shift matters.
Every battle matters.
Every teammate matters.

Our goal is to create an environment where players can develop, compete, and grow, both on and off the ice. We’re here to push each other, challenge each other, and ultimately bring out the best in one another.

The road ahead is going to demand optimism, discipline, commitment, toughness, and consistency. Nothing will be handed to us. Every opportunity will have to be earned.

So as we get ready for the season ahead, the message is clear:

Work together.
Trust the process.
Compete for each other.
Represent Orangeville.

This is just the beginning.

HISTORY MADE. 🚨

@_mrrenzo becomes a part of Orangeville Blitz history, scoring the first goal in franchise history.

A moment that will never be repeated — and a name that will forever be attached to the beginning of Blitz hockey.

With the puck finding the back of the net, Sullivan etched his name into the record books and delivered the first chapter of what we hope becomes a long and storied history in Orangeville.

One goal. One moment. One piece of history.

The first goal in franchise history.

Loenzo Sullivan.

Today, the Orangeville Blitz pause to recognize the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. 🧡

We honour the children who never made it home, the Survivors of residential schools, their families, and the generations who continue to carry their stories.

Today is about more than wearing orange. It is about listening, learning, remembering, and understanding the responsibility we all share in the journey toward reconciliation.

As a hockey organization and members of our community, we believe sport has the power to bring people together and today, our role is simply to listen, reflect and stand alongside Indigenous communities.

Every Child Matters. 🧡
