Founders Clare Lattin, Rory McCoy and Julian Biggs came together after working at Mark Hix’s restaurants, bringing with them an idea for an everyday neighbourhood spot inspired by European wine bars and the places they loved to eat around the world.

Today, Duck Soup still feels true to that original idea: seasonal cooking, a constantly changing menu, natural wine and a room that feels more like someone’s favourite local than a destination restaurant.
