ANNOUNCEMENT — we are officially adding a quiz in Spanish and we are hoping to regularly have live music at some of our quizzes!

#1: el quiz en castellano estará en @fardelnord en Gràcia. El primer evento será martes el 24 de febrero. Será el mismo formato que estáis acostumbrados con 6 rondas, 60+ preguntas, premios para muchos equipos y descuentos en bebidas. Nos gustaría hacer este quiz 2 veces al mes. Ayúdanos a crecer y apúntaos ya 🇪🇸✨

#2: since you guys enjoyed the last quiz with live music so much, we want to add this extra special component to some of our quizzes going forward. These events will cost an additional euro and the additional proceeds will go to our musical talent. It’s a really fun way to enjoy the quiz so we hope you’ll come out and support us. The upcoming event with live music by @olaimusic will be on the 25th of February 🎶🎤

We are expanding with the main goal is to accommodate more players. We know that it has been frustrating to you guys that the quizzes are sold out 2+ weeks ahead of time. There’s nothing than means more to use than your enthusiasm and support of our quiz. So any feedback you have, such as people wanting a quiz completely in Spanish for example, we listened to and we hope to make the experience always better and enjoyable for you all. Thank you all so much ❤️

Snapshots of Slovakia. This was our first time seeing Ivan’s family after the wedding, so my first time officially being a part of the family. I always look forward to these trips if only just for the amazing food my father-in-law cooks and the warmth and tenderness of being taken care of by my mother-in-law. We went to Slovakia this time for a very special event: the 70th birthday celebration of both my in-laws. The whole family gathered together and we had a wonderful day at Chateau Krakovany full of loving words, laughter, games, delicious food, and plenty of wine. Sometimes it feels like all of a sudden Ivan and I just dropped into each other’s lives, but it’s these moments that remind me that even if we’re from 2 different worlds, that we belong in this one we’ve created together. taken in Slovakia by @oravecivan

The first "yes" I said to @wowkhoman this year was in Thailand, and the second time was at the beautiful @castelldetamarit in Spain, together with many of the people who mean a lot to us ❤️

I couldn't be more grateful for how it turned out - mainly to Wow and our families and friends, of course, but also to the organizing team, who did an amazing job 👏

This year is, for me, that imaginary boundary that separates the "before" and the "after", for I committed myself to share my life with the most amazing @wowkhoman ❤️

Actually, we made that commitment quite a few times - symbolically in Thailand and in Spain, and then officially to the authorities 😅

Our first ceremony, in Thailand was an amazing surprise, thanks to the effort that Wow's family put into organizing it. I expected perhaps a third of the flowers that we had in the end 💐

So here's the first of the few wedding posts that I'll make - our Thai wedding, held in Wow's grandfather's house in Bangkok 🇹🇭

2: lighting a candle together. Traditionally, the first thing that a couple do together.
3, 4: bringing gifts for the monks
6: Wow's parents tie us together by placing little wreaths on our heads
7: Wow's uncle and aunt bless us with a holy paste from the monks
10-12: friends and family pour holy water over our hands and wish us a happy life together
13: paying homage to the ancestors
14 - end: amazing flower decorations

One last trip! Just for the day, we took the motorbike out to Choachí to visit a waterfall there called La Chorrera, the tallest waterfall in Colombia at 590m. It was a long hike and my white gym shoes suffered a bit, but it was so worth it. I couldn’t have imagined a better way to end out trip ❤️ taken in Choachi La Chorrera by @oravecivan
