How I use AMT + GEX Paired with Order Flow to take Nearly 20k in Prop Firm Payouts in the Last 3 Weeks: Step 1. Market Context This is arguably the most important step for me, and probably to step that most people sleep on, or don’t put enough emphasis on. It doesn’t matter what session I’m trading. I’m always looking at the previous RTH,TPO chart and volume profile, as well as the weekly TPO chart. I want to see how we have reacted to the previous RTH session. Are we opening up in the current session inside/ outside? Have we already reacted to previous RTH VA Levels/ LVNS/ LTNs? Where are we and where are we likely to go. When you were trading programs, you need to have back to back winning trades, in order to pass accounts, or get accounts to pay out. So lining with the higher timeframe is the best way to increase your chances of profiting on the trade set up. Step 2. Key Levels of Interest There are only specific places that I’m interested in being a participant. Like I said above primarily, I’m looking at the previous RTH profile levels, as well as GEX levels whenever I’m trading the RTH session. I want to have clear IF, THEN trade thesis statements in my plan (which will align me with the bigger picture. Step 1 and Step 2 are essentially the foundation of the strategy. Step 3. Entry Trigger The last piece of the puzzle is waiting for significant participation to verify your trade thesis. I always wait for a significant order, flow signature, where one side fails, and the other side of steps in. Meaning, I want to see either absorption, trapped, participants or exhaustion at a key level and that I need to see significant aggression from the opposing side. For example, if buyers become trapped at a key level of interest, I will then wait for significant aggressive selling before entering the trade. Waiting for significant aggression in your direction. Is going to give you a higher probability chance of winning a trade. And that is literally what I do. Every single session doesn’t matter if it’s Asia, London, or the RTH session. #orderflow #volumeprofile #gex by @orderflowmafia
