Camping trip cancelled… so we brought the campsite to the driveway. 🏕️😂We made the most of the evening sun to top up the power station with solar, enjoyed dinner outside with a few camping tunes, then finished the night with tent lights, a charged laptop and the football—all powered by Anker SOLIX C300 and mini PS60X solar panel⚡Not every adventure has to be miles from home.Make sure to grab yours from @ore4x4uk by @ore4x4uk

Did you know the first product Chris ever developed was the OREsome coating system?Coating is often overlooked across the industry. Even when a product is made from stainless steel, once the coating fails it can still be left looking tired and damaged.That’s why we developed our own super-durable coating system and had it independently tested in a university laboratory.Four years of real use later, Chris’s Defender is a pretty good example of how well it holds up. by @ore4x4uk

Please welcome the newest member of the team — and our very first intern!Ibrahim is one of the many talented students from @auea_utc who has shown exceptional progress, enthusiasm and promise throughout his studies.Chris first met Ibrahim when he was invited to speak to the students about his own career journey in engineering. Following that visit, Dan, who heads up the academy, invited Chris to join the team mentoring students working on the Aston Landy Project, helping to inspire and guide the next generation of engineers.Through this involvement, Dan introduced the internship programme and suggested Ibrahim as a candidate.What immediately stood out about Ibrahim was his passion for design and engineering. He has developed some impressive CAD skills, which he continues to build and refine in his own time outside of college.During his internship, Ibrahim will be supporting Chris with the prototyping process and creating production drawings for a number of exciting new products currently under development.We’re proud to welcome Ibrahim to the team and help give the engineers of the future their start in the industry.It’s a full-circle moment for Chris, who began his own engineering career at just 16 years old with Balfour Beatty Design.
