Maybe the friendship ending doesn’t mean the friendship failed.

Some friendships last 20 years. Some last two. Some people walk into our lives for one very specific season and leave when that season changes.

That doesn’t automatically make the friendship fake.

One thing I’m learning about adult friendships is that sometimes two good people simply grow in different directions and we don’t always need to rewrite the entire friendship because of how it ended.

Maybe they were a good friend to the version of you they knew.

Maybe you were a good friend to them too.

And maybe that can be enough. 🤎

Happy New Month 🤎

Welcome to October.

A reminder as we step into a new month, you don’t have to have everything figured out to keep moving forward.

Maybe the year hasn’t gone exactly how you planned. Maybe you’ve had to start again, change direction, let go of some things or become someone you didn’t expect to be.

That doesn’t mean you’re behind.

There are still 3 months left in this year, and a lot can happen in 3 months.

But even if nothing dramatic happens, you can still choose to live well. To try again. To take the next step. To enjoy your life while you’re building the one you want.

So here’s to October 🥂

May this month bring you clarity for the things you’ve been confused about, courage for the things you’ve been afraid to do, and beautiful reminders that your life is still unfolding.
