Here's the latest on the Orem Tank Project at 400 S 400 W:

On Thursday, October 15 the contractor poured the curb and gutter along 400 South and 400 West. During this phase of construction, the left turn lane from 400 West onto west bound 400 South will be temporarily removed while the contractor is pouring concrete.

The new sidewalk is expected to be completed and open for pedestrian use by Monday, October 26.

During the sidewalk closure, the pedestrian route for Orem Elementary students will be temporarily modified. The contractor, Orem City Police Department, and Orem Elementary administration have coordinated a new temporary walking route.

Students who normally walk along the west side of 400 West will need to cross to the east side at 500 South. Crossing guards will be stationed at 500 South to assist students at this location.

Pump Station House
The contractor will be working on the concrete foundation and slab for the pump station house over the coming weeks. It is anticipated that construction of the pump station house will start in the near future.

Well House
The contractor will begin working on the concrete foundation and slab for the well house following the completion of the concrete slab for the pump station.

Historic Log Cabin
Reconstruction of this structure is anticipated to begin soon. by @orem_city
