Trusting people and things blindly abroad can land you in tight situations or worse. Be mindful when encountering the unknown 🌎. Critical thinking , asking questions about your surroundings and considering people’s actions to better understand their intent , can be tedious - but it can also keep you safe and out of harms way while abroad. Please share your thoughts, questions and opinions below if you’re so inclined. Take care. #thailand #expat #expatlife by @organicplayer

For the 4th I ran 2 miles across Patong Beach carrying the flag for the unsung heroes who fought and died for my freedom .

I ran for the black men who weren’t celebrated or accepted back into society when they finished their service. Who were discriminated against in and out of service.

For the men who fought with gallantry and left the battlefield, only to come home to face, fight against or succumb to racism.

For the men who’ve suffered unimaginable fates, witnessed and committed unspeakable acts of brutality, for those who sacrificed everything so we Americans can have a chance at having something, I proudly wave my flag. For them ✊🏻✊🏾✊🏽🇺🇸 taken in Patong Beach, Phuket.(หาดป่าตอง ภูเก็ต) by @organicplayer

Art is life, life is art. I’m just here to document it 📸.

2nd pic: Representation of a man from Yasathorn (Isaan) struggling to survive in Bangkok as a grab driver who had a metaphysical experience while driving. Supposedly he had fallen asleep while biking to his destination but somehow woke up at his destination, describing his experience as a “shock”. I personally think he subconsciously drove himself to his destination w.o any divine intervention, but who knows.

3rd pic: The artist ,Kanya
Charoensupkul, illustrated in her “Whitewash for Mother Earth” the destruction that man has inflicted on nature and how nature is in the process of healing itself. taken in Bangkok Art and Culture Center by @organicplayer
