Junglevania 5: Oakland meets Boston meets Philly. Jungle heavyweights unite for a night of Philly junglism! Join us on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at Nameless for Junglevania 5️⃣ We're hyped to welcome @soeneido from Oakland, CA alongside Dope On Plastic @dopppppppppppppppp from Boston, MA. Two heavyweight producers making waves in the jungle scene, known for pushing insane tracker-style break choppage! Repping Philly and PA, we welcome Philly legend @malevil215 and @lowkeiflexin from York, PA with @asatbrian and @gozuthedj as your hosts. This is our last Junglevania of the year but we will be back fasho in 2027. For the love of jungle! See ya there ✌️ Junglevania is a night dedicated to the full spectrum of jungle music, connecting the old school to the new. The last Jungevania of 2026 is this Saturday at Nameless! All the way from Oakland, CA, we welcome Lotek head honcho @soeneido for his Philly debut! That's 2 debuts this show, lets show em how we rock in Philly! Tix in bio. Soeneido is a DJ and producer based in Oakland, CA specializing in Jungle and Hardcore. Soen (for short) manages his own small label and nightlife event out of the Bay Area called LOTEK. He is one of the notable figures revitalizing the new wave of jungle music, specifically the darkside and jungle tekno, and is pushing the momentum for the sub genre forward within the US. He has dropped a consistent series of releases under the soeneido moniker since the early 2020’s and has been producing electronic music since the early 2000’s. Utilizing both new and old technologies like the Amiga 1200 computer and S-Model Akai samplers, Soeneido maintains the ruff element of old school breakbeat dance styles of the 90s whilst evolving the sound toward new territory in the 2020’s. Did we mention our LAST event of the year is THIS SATURDAY?! Our 1 year anniversary is in November so this also counts as the final event of our first year operating. We wanna shoutout our PA talent. Philly peeps are no stranger to the doom dub pressure that @malevil pushes. He's the one that put me on to the sounds of @soeneido and still the person I credit for getting me involved with @organizeddamage_official. Malevil is not one to miss! We also welcome newcomer @lowkeiflexin coming thru from York, PA! Inspired by the soundscapes of late 90s/early 2000s video games, he brings a nostalgic yet modern sound to his sets. Gozu and I (Asat) have synced up since we had our first mix session. We're hyped to help create a jungle focused event here in Philadelphia. We've worked hard to showcase not only northeast legends and selectors but also US based producers. This genre may be 30+ years old but theres still a ton of artists pushing the sound forward and keeping the old school alive. 🪲Exuvia🪲Xanopticon en CDMX GOZU @gozuthedj Gozu has been involved with the Philly underground since 2011, helping throw basement punk shows with his friends. in 2017 he discovered the warehouse techno scene and jungle music and there was no goingback. as a new leader in the electronic music collective Organized Damage, he has been shaping the new wave of philly DIY with the successful party series Junglevania and Oscillate both of which he co-hosts with Asat. Gozu is coming hot this year off his booking at the local music festival Puckfest and has supported acts such as Otto von Schirach, Baseck and Dazegxd. 🪲Exuvia🪲Xanopticon en CDMX ASAT @asatbrian Asat tuvo su primer contacto con la escena musical *underground* en su ciudad natal de Baytown, Texas, allá por 2007. Por aquel entonces, tocaba la guitarra en bandas de *metal* o creaba *hip-hop* en fiestas caseras, espacios autogestionados y locales de toda el área de Houston. Compartió escenario con bandas como Volumes y Structures, y con raperos como Afroman y Asher Roth. En 2019, Asat descubrió la música *jungle*. Sus sesiones de *jungle* le han permitido consolidarse en Filadelfia, ciudad donde reside actualmente. Este logro ha sido posible gracias al apoyo y la formación recibidos de Art Cuebik, una leyenda de la escena local. ASAT es un miembro destacado del colectivo Organized Damage y coorganizador de los ciclos de eventos Junglevania y Oscillate. SOUTH AFRICA 🇿🇦 Very excited to finally announce my first ever shows in South Africa, and my debut on the African continent! Really looking forward to bringing the To-Wa sound to a completely new part of the world, especially making my festival debut at @earthdance_capetown , part of a global movement bringing people together through music, dance and community.
