I turned 40 today, and all I wanted to do was play my saxophone. 🎷

So I did. I took Caleb Arredondo's breathtaking piece "Echo Sax End" and wrapped my own melody around it. @caleb.arredondo the original and every right to it are yours. Thank you for making something this beautiful, it gave me somewhere honest to play tonight. 🙏

Fourteen years ago I landed in Sydney with a saxophone and a lot of doubt. No plan, no shortcuts, just a sound I refused to let go of. Since then I've played weddings, superyachts, clubs and quiet rooms, for strangers and for people I love. But tonight it's just me, my horn, and one melody.

To everyone who ever booked me, watched a clip, shared my music, or simply said "keep going", thank you. You have no idea what that does for a man chasing a dream with three kids at home. Mergime, Arion, Era, Klevis, you are my why. ♥️

If this moved you even a little, drop a 🎷 in the comments and tag someone who needs to hear it tonight. Let's see how far we can take this sound.

40 years down. A whole lot of music left. Here's to the next chapter. 🥂

Yesterday was an absolute cracker! ☀️🍦

The sun came out to celebrate Gelato Laboratorio’s 1st Birthday, and we even had a surprise visit from Orget on sax 🎷🔥

You can always count on Corkz from Hey Mr DJ Productions to bring the vibe, the tunes and keep the party moving! 🎶🕺💃

Happy 1st Birthday, Gelato Laboratorio! 🥳🍦

Most of the planners, florists, photographers and MCs I stand beside in Sydney are brilliant at what they do, and I respect them for it.

But lately, two or three of them have surprised me.
I am not sure where some of them find the courage to recommend a sax player to a couple,
as if that were their call to make. I notice. I always notice. At the end recommend but don't talk about me or put me down, this is my field brother and sister. You are small too small to advising people for entertainment.

So to the good ones, thank you, you know who you are. To the rest, I will keep letting the room speak for me.

Your guests will not remember who recommended the sax. They will remember the second the room lifted.

Opinions are free. The night is not. 🎷
Choose wisely your vendors and suppliers.

The wedding doesn't start when the couple walks in. It starts here. 🎷

Guests finding their seats, last conversations, glasses being filled, and then the first notes of the sax drifting through the room. That first ten minutes sets the tone for the whole night.

This is my favourite moment of every wedding, the calm before the party.

Sydney wedding season 2027 is booking now.

I've performed for some of the wealthiest people in this country.
And I've performed for families who saved for years just to give their daughter one perfect night.

The most unforgettable night was never the expensive one.

Money buys you bigger. It never buys you feeling.
It can rent you the best setup on earth, but it can't make one single person in that room feel a thing.

After 20+ years on the dance floor, here's the truth I've learned.
You can buy the venue. You can buy the flowers. You cannot buy the moment a whole room comes alive at once.

That is not something you purchase. It is something you choose.
So when you pick the heartbeat of your night, don't choose the biggest name or the best camera. Choose the one who will make your people feel.

Save this for when you book your entertainment. 🎷

A Personal Sanctuary...
For an instrumentalist, the clarinet often becomes a secret diary.
When words aren't enough to vent about a hard day or to celebrate an inexpressible joy, you simply pick up the instrument.
It never judges you; it simply accepts your breath, tension, and energy,
transforming them into art.
Having the ability to make that piece of wood sing with your breath is a privilege and a rare magic that only you fully understand from within.

#klarinetist #klarineta #clarinetplayer #musiciansofinstagram #balkanmusic taken in Shkodër, Albania by @orgetsax
