Halloween 2026 X Brasswood by @originalmarmar

What a night. Mechanics Bank, Cathiard Vineyard, and Brasswood Bar + Kitchen came together for an evening that felt real from the first course to the last. Roasted beets, wild mushroom risotto, cabernet braised short ribs, flourless chocolate cake, all poured alongside Cathiard wines. This is why I love authentic collaborations. Thank you to everyone who shared the table. by @originalmarmar

Some nights remind you why you show up. A room full of people giving back, honoring where they came from, and lifting each other up. Such a special evening at the VCRE Charity Gala in Berkeley, and an evening where I grew a little more too. Grateful. by @originalmarmar

Every seat at Brasswood Bar + Kitchen was spoken for, and the room felt like it. Harvest had just wrapped, and you could feel the excitement with every toast. Angelina Mondavi told stories from the vines: a season of smaller yields, but fruit so good it might rival our best vintages. This was the kind of night where nobody checked the time because they were too busy enjoying it. Thank you to everyone who filled the table. Wish you were here.

Once a year we invite our members, their guests, and people we haven’t met yet. The Annual Allocation Dinner is an evening worth talking about, and this year it sold out. Winemaker Angelina Mondavi visited your table and told you why each wine was in your glass, current releases alongside bottles pulled up from the cave library. Chef Christopher Johnson prepared a multi-course menu built around them, course by course. The evening culminated with a legendary performance by Izzy Escobar and ended as the candles burned down. Wish you were here. See you next year.

Last night felt like a dream and the most memorable moments of Gratefulness! To think my journey started a little over 10 years ago as a consulting winemaker, then to fast forward by celebrating with my very first client, @brasswoodnapavalley for our Allocation Dinner with the MOST AMAZING customers followed by a private Izzy Escobar concert! What caught me off guard was her telling me the Chardonnay my team and I make was one of her favorites! PINCH ME and beyond THANKFUL for everyone who has supported us over the years. Thank you @originalmarmar for always believing in me and together we get to continue to make Brasswood successful!!!! by @originalmarmar

One of those moments where pictures simply don’t do it justice.

Our Allocation Dinner was truly special, and I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who made the evening possible.

A huge thank you to our amazing winemaker, Angelina Mondavi, for the passion, artistry, and incredible work that goes into every bottle. @brasswoodnapavalley 🍷

Checking out Brasswood’s Carneros Chardonnay this beautiful morning! The grapes are moving along and will be harvested well before the end of August. It is now the waiting game and seeing what this heat spell will do to the grapes next. #harvest2026 #napavalley by @originalmarmar

“Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”

Some days call for a suit.
Some days you end up officiating a wedding.
Some days are simply about being with family.

I’ve learned that some of the best memories don’t come from the perfect plan. They come from saying yes, showing up, and letting the day surprise you.

Life moves fast.
Say yes a little more often.
You never know which moment will end up being your favorite. #napavalley by @originalmarmar
