The Los Angeles Film Festival in 2013 marked the premiere of “Our Vinyl Weighs a Ton.” I was honored to design one of the official release posters for this film by Stonesthrow Records for the world premiere.

LOUISE ALEXANDER GALLERY - logotype revision

About:
Louise Alexander Gallery was founded in 2007 in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, as the first contemporary art space within the resort designed under the Aga Khan’s architectural vision — a deliberately remote starting point that shaped the gallery’s way of working from the outset: a permanent program anchored in Sardinia, extended through projects and exhibitions organised with partner venues and institutions internationally.

Work:
Revision of the old LOUISE ALEXANDER GALLERY logotype.
Moving on from the old font selection we chose Nexa Bold type family to give a more modern but strong look for the gallery. A look and feel that is timeless and won’t need to be changed. We choose a tight optical kerning that keeps a more correct balance of the logotype yet it is reminiscent of the original one from the foundation of the gallery. — OP taken in Mexico City by @originalplan.eth

I just want to say thank you to all of you who supported me on my designer toys journey with Be@rbricks. I started it in 2016 and we at 10 years anniversary today. I posted some of my favorites, the whole project is around 300 artworks in catalogue.

Solo quiero dar las gracias a todos los que me han apoyado en mi trayectoria con los juguetes de diseño Be@rbrick. Empecé en 2016 y hoy celebramos el décimo aniversario. He publicado algunas de mis piezas favoritas; el proyecto completo cuenta con unas 300 obras en el catálogo.

We gone around the world with this project.
Hemos recorrido el mundo con este proyecto.

My favorite project and works from 2025 creating small showcase videos from the official works of Guy Bourdin to be showcased in upcoming exhibitions and retrospective events. Huge thanks to Louis Alexander Gallery and the Guy Bourdin estate for the access to this one of a kind photography works and the trust. An absolute privilege to have a chance to work on this project.

Guy Bourdin (2 December 1928 – 29 March 1991), was a French artist and fashion photographer known for his highly stylized and provocative images. From 1955, Bourdin worked mostly with Vogue as well as other publications including Harper’s Bazaar. He shot ad campaigns for Chanel, Charles Jourdan, Pentax and Bloomingdale’s.

His work is collected by important institutions including Tate in London, MoMA, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and Getty Museum. by @originalplan.eth
