You know what matters for your family. The package should help you find it.

Three places to start:
1. Ingredients — what is in this food?
2. Nutrition Facts — what serving amount do the numbers describe?
3. Allergen information — what does this exact package say?

Check the current pack you're choosing. If an online photo is too small to read, ask for a clear image before deciding.

Our label-reading guide is in the link in our bio → Learn → Read the label guide.

Some mornings, there is room for one little helper. Some mornings, there isn't. Both are real family life.

When it fits your day, offer one small breakfast job:
• Choose the bowl.
• Point to a topping you've already chosen together.
• Give it a stir, with you beside them.

You can handle the preparation and anything that needs an adult. They can have a part in making breakfast their own.

Which little job does your child love doing?

You don't need to plan a big adventure to have something to talk about.

On your next family walk, try one question: 'What did you notice?' A colour, a sound, a different-shaped leaf — let your child choose where the conversation goes. You can share your own answer, too.

This photo comes from our family's September walk. A little curiosity, together.

What has your child spotted before you did?

A small pause, together.

A short walk can be enough of a plan. Jackets on, a little room in the bag, and time to notice what catches their eye.

For a snack stop along the way, Origo strawberries bring BC-grown fruit in a pouch that is easy to pack. Grown in Canada. Freeze-dried in British Columbia.

One simple choice, leaving a little more room for being together.

There are people behind the pouch.

When you choose something for your family, the ingredient matters. The people behind it matter, too.

In this archive conversation, Sajan Mandair describes meeting Stone at the farmers' markets and building a working relationship with Origo. He talks about growing food and making products for the community around them.

A real connection in British Columbia, and one part of the Canadian story behind Origo.
