🇬🇧. BP Ultimate Rally Portugal ✅. We finished this tough race in 5th place overall. We fought hard to win stages and stay in the leading group throughout the 5 days of racing. We know there are always things to improve and we’re on the right track to fine-tune those little details. Thanks to @guybotterill for the superb driving and for trusting me. Of course, thanks to all the members of the @svracing.official team for their unwavering commitment and to our mechanics for delivering the best car every day @trzcinski2043 ..🇪🇸. BP Ultimate Rally Portugal ✅. Terminamos esta dura carrera en 5a posición final. Hemos luchado por ganar etapas y estar en el grupo delantero durante los 5 días de carrera. Sabemos que siempre hay cosas a mejorar y estamos en el camino correcto para terminar de pulir esos pequeños detalles. Agradezco a @guybotterill por el magnífico trabajo conduciendo y por la confianza en mi trabajo. 🇬🇧. Stage 4 ✅. What a great special stage! We pushed hard from the start and led all day with a narrow margin between the top 3. With 27km to go, unfortunately, we had a small puncture that forced us to stop for a wheel change, and we lost first place, finishing 3rd.We dropped to 4th overall position just 41 seconds off the podium. Today, a final 80km stage where everything could be decided. 🔥🔥..🇪🇸. Etapa 4 ✅. Que gran especial! Empujamos fuerte desde el inicio y estuvimos todo el día liderando con un escaso margen entre los 3 primeros. A 27kms del final, desafortunadamente tuvimos un pequeño pinchazo que nos hizo parar a hacer un cambio de rueda y perdimos el primer lugar, terminando 3eros. Nos situamos 4os de la general a tan solo 41seg del podio. 🇬🇧.Stage 3 ✅. It’s been a challenging day for us, as we haven’t been able to find our rhythm on the very fast and slippery tracks due to the overnight rain. In the last 30km, we suffered a puncture and lost extra time in the overall standings. We’re now in 4th place overall, 3 minutes and 30 seconds behind the leader. Tomorrow we’ll try to make up some time and fight for a podium finish..🇪🇸. Etapa 3 ✅. Ha sido un día complejo para nosotros donde no hemos podido encontrar el ritmo en unas pistas muy rápidas y resbalosas por la lluvia caída durante la noche. En los últimos 30kms hemos sufrido un pinchazo y hemos cedido un tiempo extra para la clasificación general. Nos colocamos en 4a posición de la general a 3min 30seg del líder. Mañana intentaremos recuperar parte del tiempo y poder luchar por posiciones de podio al final de carrera..@svracing.official @tgrsouthafrica @usnsa @jonssonworkwear_official @sa_dakargroup by @oriolmena87

🇬🇧. Stage 2 ✅. It’s been 377km of pure concentration and adrenaline. The first sector of the special was challenging due to the weather conditions, with lots of mud and very slippery terrain. As the kilometers passed, we found drier terrain with better grip, allowing us to increase our pace and take a few more risks. @guybotterill was magnificent and drove spectacularly all day, and we had a great battle with the great @sebloebofficiel . We kept each other in check at every split, maintaining consistent time gaps. We missed out on the stage win by just 9 seconds, but we still have 3 stages left, and we’ll try to fight for it..🇪🇸. Etapa 2 ✅. Han sido 377kms de pura concentración y adrenalina. El primer sector de la especial ha sido complejo debido a las condiciones meteorológicas, mucho barro y un terreno muy resbaladizo. Con el paso de los kilómetros hemos ido encontrando el terreno más seco con mayor agarre donde hemos podido aumentar el ritmo y tomar algo mas de riesgo. @guybotterill ha estado magnífico y ha conducido de una forma espectacular todo el día donde hemos tenido una buena batalla con el gran @sebloebofficiel . Nos íbamos controlando en cada parcial manteniendo siempre las mismas diferencias de tiempo. Nos quedamos a las puertas de la victoria de etapa por tan solo 9 segundos pero todavía nos quedan 3 etapas e intentaremos luchar por ello..@svracing.official @tgrsouthafrica @usnsa @jonssonworkwear_official @sa_dakargroup by @oriolmena87

🇬🇧. STAGE 1 ✅. A very technical stage, half sandy tracks and half hard-packed terrain with changes of pace. The rains of the previous weeks have left very soft, muddy ground, requiring extra caution to minimize mistakes. From the start, @guybotterill set a great pace, which we were able to maintain until the end of the stage, finishing the day in 4th position, just 50 seconds behind the leader, our teammates @joaoferreiratt and @fjpalmeiro WELL DONE 👏. Thanks to the whole @svracing.official Team for the great work. Tomorrow will be a long stage with similar terrain to today. 💪💪..🇪🇸. ETAPA 1 ✅. Una etapa muy técnica mitad pistas arenosas y mitad terreno duro con cambios de ritmo. Las lluvias en las anteriores semanas han dejado un terreno muy blando con barro, donde había que tomárselo con mucha precaución para minimizar los errores. Desde el inicio @guybotterill ha tenido un gran ritmo y lo hemos podido mantener hasta el final de la etapa terminando el día en 4a posición a tan solo 50seg del primer clasificado, nuestros compañeros de equipo @joaoferreiratt y @fjpalmeiro PARABÉNS 👏. Gracias a todo el equipo @svracing.official por el gran trabajo. 🇬🇧. Everything is ready for the @officialw2rc BP Ultimate Portugal, the second round of the World Rally Raid Championship. Together with @guybotterill , we’ll be tackling five days of racing between Portugal and Spain. Yesterday, we had a very positive shakedown where we worked to find a good car setup and also get back into the swing of things, we hadn’t been in the car since the last stage of the Dakar Rally. Tomorrow, the first stage begins with 190km.💪💪..🇪🇸. Todo listo para empezar el @officialw2rc BP Ultimate Portugal, 2a ronda del Campeonato Mundial de Rally Raid. Junto a @guybotterill van a ser 5 días de carrera entre Portugal y España. Ayer hicimos un Shakedown muy positivo donde trabajamos hasta encontrar un buen setup del coche y también volver a recuperar las sensaciones ya que desde la última etapa del Dakar no nos sentábamos dentro del coche. The journey continues. After a well-earned short break following the intensity of the #DakarRally, it is time to get back behind the wheel. The next round of the W2RC World championship🏆 takes us to Portugal 🇵🇹! This is a milestone for me personally,as it will be my first time racing on Portuguese soil. I'm really looking forward to discovering the terrain and the Portuguese atmosphere. @oriolmena87 and I have been preparing. And the Hilux is ready for the challenge ahead.
