We’re back from our annual fall break and our London trip! 🇬🇧🍂

We spent four days exploring London with my brother. We visited tons of different places, tried lots of tasty food, and mostly just enjoyed life there. We also went to the Harry Potter Studio Tour, and I couldn’t recommend it enough! 🤩
The following week, I enjoyed the rest of my vacation with friends and family, went on plenty of hikes with Orion, and celebrated my boy’s 10th birthday! 🐾🍁

Back to reality now, but feeling grateful for all these beautiful moments! 🧡

Everything good in my life, I owe to you. Happy 10th Birthday Orion.

It’s hard to comprehend the life we’ve lived and the memories we’ve made.
It feels like a lifetime and the blink of an eye all at once.

Without him, I have no idea where I would be and I honestly don’t ever want to find out. He’s healthy, happy, and as clingy as ever, and my only hope is to have 10 more years of memories in our future.

Cheers to you, buddy. You’ll never, ever, be “just a dog” 💚

Welcome to the autumnal equinox! 🍂

For the occasion, I’m sharing with you my last sunset in the mountains with my best friend and some good snacks.

I loved this summer more than anything, and for so many reasons, but now I can’t wait for the orange foliage all over the mountains, yummy pumpkin spice lattes, and setting up my fall decorations! 🍁☕️🧡

Sharing some vitamin SEA 🌊

I can’t believe Orion is turning 10 in a few weeks. 🫣 I’ve started to realize that he’s less active than he used to be and needs more rest after a hike day, and that he’s a little less patient with other dogs sometimes.

It’s beautiful and scary at the same time. I’m so proud of him because he’s my best life partner and the goodest boy, but it also scares me to realize that we have a limited amount of time left to spend together.

I know I shouldn’t think that way, and I’m trying to focus on enjoying every moment instead of worrying about the future, but I can’t always control those feelings.

Please tell me I’m not the only one having these bittersweet thoughts about watching their dog grow older. 🤍

Hello September! 🍂

Finally, it’s the -ber months, aka the best months of the year 😌 And except for the beach days, most of my recent activities have been autumn/Halloween themed!

Between the horror night in the corn maze and the hikes with cloudy skies and chilly weather, I’m literally living for these moments. 🍂🌽

Now I’m planning my fall trip for next month, and I’m way too excited because it’ll be all new for me. 👀✈️

Snacking at the beach 🌊 Best feeling ever.

I’m really missing a day by the coast, and especially a sunset at the beach! 🌅
I’ll try to go again in September, when there will be fewer tourists and it’ll be easier to find parking.
Until then, we’ll just have to dream about salty air, sandy paws and sunset walks. 🐾

Like everyone else, a few days ago we watched the solar eclipse 🌙✨ It was such a cool experience, even though my glasses weren’t showing much, so I had to use my friend’s to really appreciate it. It was definitely one of those little moments that makes you stop and just enjoy what’s happening above you.

But honestly, my favorite part was staying outside and staring at the night sky afterward, watching the stars and making tons of wishes whenever I saw a shooting star. ✨🌌 There’s just something so magical about being outside at night, looking up at the night sky.

Finally watched House of the Dragon’s last episode of season three and it was such a banger! 🐉 Now I’m just sad knowing I have to wait two whole years for the next season. How am I supposed to survive that long?

I’ve been a big fan of this universe since season one, and since GOT, to be honest. 👑
Two years ago, I also got the chance to visit the real-life location in Spain that was used as Dragonstone in both GOT and HOTD, and let me tell you, my inner fangirl was THE happiest. 🥹 Being in a place I had seen so many times on screen felt absolutely surreal, and I’ll definitely go back again soon! 🏰

My partner in crime 🩶

Can’t wait for autumn and crispy szn! I’m definitely not a summer person, and neither is Orion. I’m dreaming about October weather and counting down the days until my flight to the North (can’t spoil the location rn) ✈️

The only good thing about August is 100% NOT the heat waves, but the beginning of the local corn maze season, and I’m so ready for it! 🌽

Finally, it’s August!
Only one month away from the ‘ber months and fall szn!! 🫣🍂

Here’s a little throwback to our last escape to the West Coast. 🏄🏻‍♂️

My brother, my friend, and I hit the road to Hossegor. We started the day at the so famous market, where I spent my money like there was no tomorrow. 👀
After that, we stopped by the lake for a picnic, and once we had eaten, we headed back to the beach, where we spent hours playing with Orion, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the ocean. 🌊

Definitely my favorite kind of weekend. Even if it means being sick for days afterward… 🙃 taken in HOSSEGOR by @orionthegalacticpup

Back from our little adventure, and I had to share this place with you. 🫶🏼
This is Foz de Lumbier, a stunning canyon in northern Spain carved by the Irati River. The hike is easy, the views are unreal, and if you keep looking up, you’ll probably spot griffon vultures gliding above the cliffs, they’re way bigger than I expected!
Walking through the gorge with my best hiking buddy, listening to the river and soaking in the scenery... definitely one of those places that makes you slow down and enjoy the moment.
Already missing these trails. Until the next adventure! 🤍
