Have we become so caught up in trying to be okay that we’ve forgotten what real emuna looks like?

When we look at our ancestors, like Rachel Imeinu and Dovid Hamelech, we see something so important: emuna doesn’t mean you’re never in pain. It doesn’t mean you don’t get angry, cry, or ask Hashem WHY.

You can have emuna and still be hurting. You can trust Hashem and still have hard days.

Because those things aren’t mutually exclusive.

Sometimes, our pain is what pushes us to reach out to Hashem, to turn to Him when we don’t understand.

Because maybe real emuna isn’t about always being okay. Maybe it’s about knowing who to turn to when you’re not. by @oritestherriter

Part of understanding your energy field is understanding where you might be blocked, or where you might be getting in your own way.

And not just physically. Sometimes the blocks are mental, emotional, or even spiritual.

Maybe there’s something you’re holding onto, or a part of you that’s struggling to move forward.

The more aware you are of your energy, the easier it is to start shifting what’s been holding you back. by @oritestherriter

Feeling out of control can be scary, but honestly, trying to control everything can be even scarier.

We can do our part and make our plans, but we can’t control every outcome.

That’s where emuna comes in. Trusting that Hashem wants what’s best for us, even when we don’t understand why things are happening the way they are.

The more we let go of needing to control everything and trust His bigger picture, the more space we make for inner peace. by @oritestherriter

Of course, being an energy practitioner helps me stay in tune with my own healing, but it’s still a constant effort. And I’m always checking in with myself! by @oritestherriter

On top of all the shopping lists and errands, maybe the most important things on our to-do list are the ones we do for ourselves.

Help ourselves relinquish control.
Help ourselves find more emuna.
Help ourselves release negative energy.
Help ourselves let go of what we can’t change.

Because sometimes we need to do less and trust Hashem more. by @oritestherriter

What if everything was actually the way it’s supposed to be?

When things don’t go according to plan and we don’t know what’s coming next, it’s so easy to get caught up in the worry.

But constantly worrying about what might happen doesn’t make the future any more certain.

So, what if, instead, we practiced trusting that Hashem is already taking care of what comes next? by @oritestherriter

We don’t even realize how much Emuna we already have in our lives.

Emuna is trust. It’s belief. And we trust so many things without ever seeing something tangible. We trust in love, connection, hope.

And as we celebrate Simchat Torah, we’re doing it again. We’re celebrating with the joy of trusting in something we can’t see, but deeply believe in.

That’s Emuna. by @oritestherriter

You probably don’t need emunah if…

1. You always know exactly what Hashem’s plan is.

2. You never wonder, “WHY?”

3. You always feel 100% confident that everything is for the best.

4. You never worry about the future.

5. You never have trouble giving up control.

Let’s be honest, this is no one! We could all use a little more emuna. by @oritestherriter
