Orjwan Team is a volunteer youth group based in Gaza City, working to create safe spaces for adolescent girls aged (14–17), enabling them to express themselves and cope with psychological stress through integrated approaches that combine art, awareness, and psychosocial support, in partnership with local and international organizations.

We implement activities that respond to the needs of adolescent girls and create meaningful impact in their lives. Key activities include art therapy and drama sessions that provide a safe and open space for girls to express their issues, experiences, and identity; creative writing sessions that enable them to share their stories and experiences; and interactive activities that support self understanding, personal development, and character building.
