I want to throw my two cents on #pokemongofest2026 because as hard as I tried to be positive, this was a terrible anniversary event. While I'm happy with a 99% Zeroara and Mewtwo Y, I am not happy with the raid variety and wild spawns (or lack thereof). My Day one was nothing but Mega Mewtwo X with very little dragon raids at the end of the day while had more variety of #Mewtwo Ys, Dialga, and Palkia. Niantic and Scopley made it seem like we would see regional exclusives, but there were no regionals out of Tropius and Bouffalant (not even Tauros or Mr. Mime). The wild spawns were really bad. This didn't feel like an anniversary event, but more of a regular Raid Day. Then there were lots of connectivity issues from Day 1 (Day 2 was a little better when I reset my phone). I know it's my fault for expecting a lot from #Pokemon these days, but for a 10-year anniversary we deserved better. Don't get me started on the New York City drama that made me lose respect for a lot Pokemon Go content creators. That's a different train wreck to rant about.

Probaby the best #Mewtwo I've caught so far (did a remote). This fight is no joke: you need Megas to break the shield, and he hits like a truck. Good luck getting your Mewtwo. I want to name him Kaioh or Hyoh from HnK2 even though I hated HnK2 out pf Ken vs. Han.

So #illusionconnect came back, and to my surprise my #waifu Nicola was my first SSR on a guest account (my phone's wallpaper has someone's fan art of Nicola dancing with someone) . As much fun as it was to play the first few stages, I don't know if I'm willing to play it again. Illusion Connect had a lot of problems around the end of its run like the Global version's content being very outdated compared to the Korean/Chinese versions if it wasn't missing like a few extra illustrations, the abysmal pvp balance (Fuck you, Axe of Light), overpriced fomo skins, the big focus on pvp nobody asked for, and some shoddy translations and censorship. I've seen some other red flags, and I got a feeling RE will be worse than the original game (on the bright side, Diamond doesn't have her mask on). I doubt Global will get the content it lacked, but I could be wrong. I think it's time for me to move on, but give the game a try if you want. It is fun.

I not only managed to get 2 perfect IV #Hydreigon s, but I also managed to snag a decent Flittle. I was also the first guy in my group to get the 849 CP Hundo. For shids and giggles, I decided to wear green during the Community Day after seeing a youtuber I watch wear a green Dragonball shirt. One day, I'll get a shiny Hundo Pokemon.

Two Easters ago, my family and I got together to beat shadow Mewtwo. It was probably the hardest and most exciting fight I've done in the game. Fun times.

My two cents on #PokemonGo's 30th anniversary event is that while it was great to see all kinds of #Pokemon depending on their biomes, I had dome gripes with the legendary Pokemon. I didn't mind thrm running away, but their spawn rates could have been a lot better. I wpuld have loved to see regional Pokemon in the event. It's a shame every event after this one sucks. by @orkwuzhere
