Write That Letter.

One Minute Poet.©️

💫💌💫

Why don't you write that letter
Let them know
How they could have treated you better
Let them know
Just how you felt in different weather
Tell them so
What you overcame to become a forgetter
That diamonds are built from pressure
But that is no progression measure
Though i can tell from your pleasure
That everything i did would end in error
Insightful to know you're thinking clever
But the best of me you'll have never
Your cruel inflictions remain
Deriving treasure from my pain
It's what you like to do in times of leisure
All your hobbies and personal endeavours
Tell them all just so you don't fall
How they tested you to your displeasure.

Man in Japan.

One Minute Poet. ©️

💫🎴💫

It's Dating not Mating

I need to see who you are
Before I reveal my scars
I need to see just how we tick
Before lust throws pragmatic logic
Let's see if we are a hit or miss
Before we take our first kiss
I need to know how we'll fight
Before one of us gives a love bite
I need to know if we are right
Before I decide to stay overnight
I need to know if I'll miss you much
Before we eat out double dutch
I need to know just how you blush
Before I allow you to reach and touch
I need to know how you'll plan a date in Japan
Before I commit to being your number one man.

I need to know just how we feel
Before I steal a kiss to taste the ideal!

In Another Life.

One Minute Poet. ©️

💫❣️💫

I'm not young I'm not new
I'm not him but I do know you.

But I heard it from a whispered tongue
That our love song has been sung
Has our string of pearls become unstrung?

Who would have ever knew that the shine
Upon our time on earth was finally through.

In review
This is a truth too painful to be true.

Down by the bay they so often say
It is just the way the wind blew
How I hope your heart heals
With your love for someone new.

I'm not shaded or even justifiably jaded.

He's not me
But he is everything I can not be
I know eventually
In another life we will all be happy.

7 Year Itch!

One Minute Poet. ©️

💫7️⃣💫

That 7 year itch
Is the biggest bitch
Especially when it comes 2 early
Never in doubt could I leave it out
Being needy
Being freaky
5 years down and we look around
Alternative answers to be found
2 more to go so what does it throw
I didn't know wasn't done being a hoe
I wonder why I accept my lies
Why is everything gay
So intensified this way?

Unravelling.

One Minute Poet.©️

💫⚕️💫

Unravelling of the mind
Unravelling between the eyes
Unravelling of the human kind
Unravelling the hands of time
Unravelling what i thought was mine
Unravelling between the blood lines
Of the misunderstandood rhyme

Beneficial Medication.

One Minute Poet. ©️

💫💊💫

There's a lesson on love
That is simply not enough
Unless you start with yourself
Rescue pride before the twelfth
Engaging in mindful meditation
Before seeking such validation
In others to help your motivation

That's not beneficial medication!

But that's just my observation
For personal self elevation.

Heard Every Word.

One Minute Poet. ©️

💫🚫💫

Yes, i can confirm I heard every word
And I'm not blocking my blessings
Simply correcting those lessons
Of imposed repression and doubt
Leaving far fetched expression out.

Differently.

One Minute Poet. ©️

💫🕸💫

Everyone is here for a reason
Whether obvious or
Simply meant for another season.

Different impulses think Differently
Move Differently speak Differently
Dissociate to Navigate this world.

Kind and empathetic often dynamic
Forced to change because
That version of you hasn't
Been able to navigate the world
And grow only stifled in silence.

Remembrance goes astray
Fades into shades of lifeless grey
Feed the veins and gain progress.

Sets me next to the one who
Makes me feel whole and safe
Fuelled by the sun yes I am the one
Who too, am burnt by less.
