POSTS STORIES REELS

Documentary filmmaking at Dangote’s refinery.
.
.
This was more like a compilation of my selfies outside work tho due to an NDA. But I had a good tour of the refinery and learnt somethings about the refinery during the course of the shoot ✨😍

There’s something about simplicity and shadows that I find beautiful.

Sometimes, you don’t need too much. Just a moment, the right light, and an eye to see things differently.

Shot with intention.

Sometimes, it’s just about catching the right moment 🩵 the softness, the details, the little things that make a portrait feel alive.

Simple. Beautiful. Unforced. 🤎

NIGERIA AT 66 🇳🇬

Perhaps the saddest thing about Nigeria is not that we have problems.

It is that we have lived with them for so long, we have started calling them normal.

But Nigeria is not corruption.
Nigeria is not hunger.
Nigeria is not insecurity.
Nigeria is not broken dreams.

Nigeria is her people. And her people deserve better.

66 years after independence, we must ask ourselves a difficult question:

What exactly are we celebrating—and what are we still failing to change?

A flag cannot fix a broken nation.
An anthem cannot feed a hungry child.
And promises cannot replace accountability.

As 2027 approaches, let us remember that our future is bigger than party colours, tribal loyalty, religious divisions, and whatever we can collect today.

Don’t sell tomorrow for the comfort of today.

Look beyond the speeches.
Ask questions.
Examine records.
Demand accountability.
Choose with conscience.

And remember: our responsibility doesn’t end at the ballot box.

We are also responsible for the Nigeria we create every day.

I pray for a Nigeria where justice is not a privilege, opportunity is not a miracle, and hope is not something you have to leave the country to find.

But I also pray that we stop asking God for a better Nigeria while refusing to become better Nigerians.

Because hope without action is only a beautiful wish.

Nigeria is 66.

May we never become so accustomed to suffering that we stop demanding better.

And when the next generation asks what we did when Nigeria stood at a crossroads, may we never have to say:

“We watched. We complained. We hoped.”

May we say:

We cared.
We participated.
We stood up.
We acted.

Happy Independence Day, Nigeria. 🇳🇬

May we finally do the work that freedom demands.

There’s something about nature that just feels different. No noise, no rush, just you and the moment. 🌿

Sometimes, the simplest things make the most beautiful pictures.

Soft look. Cold tones. Quiet energy.

Somewhere between softness and mystery. 🖤

Some People Don’t Need to Smile.

Maybe neither do you.

* We’re constantly performing happiness.
* Saying “I’m fine” when we’re not.
* Pretending we know where we’re going.
* Turning every difficult season into a lesson.
* Feeling like we’re falling behind when we simply need to pause.

But what if you didn’t have to perform?

What if some days could just be ordinary?

What if you could be uncertain, tired, quiet, or lost—and still be enough?

I took a photograph of someone who wasn’t smiling.

And somehow, it reminded me of all of this.

Maybe being yourself isn’t about becoming more.
Maybe it’s about removing everything you think you need to be.

Softness, confidence, and a little mystery

Some frames don’t need to speak loudly

They simply stay with you. ✨

Not every portrait needs to speak loudly. Some just hold your gaze. ✨

A study in texture, light, skin, and expression — where every detail was intentional.

Shot to feel as much as it is to be seen.

A little throwback to The Specialist 🎬

Shot in Abuja in 2024, where I got to work as the Key Grip.

Long hours, moving gear, figuring things out on the spot, and being part of a crew that made the whole thing come together.

These are some moments from behind the scenes that I’m glad I captured.

Always grateful for the work, the people, and the lessons that come with every set.

Water Journal — Episode 02 🌊

Another entry. Another moment of simply paying attention.

There’s something about water — it moves, reflects, disappears, returns. Maybe that’s why it keeps pulling me back to the camera.

Episode 02 — The Water Journal.

Two souls. One story. One beautiful beginning. 💙✨

There’s something timeless about traditional love… the colours, the culture, the details, and the quiet moments in between.
